  1. Last year I thought I was being clever & left them in the trunk of my car. DS7 put the split seat down & found everything. I told them they were for toys for tots and we took everything to school. I started over again and took everything to grandmas. Guess that's where things will be going this year too. Luckily my kids haven't hit the seach for stage yet.
  2. It is the best day EVER!!!!
  3. I've noticed price variance at Walmart more than Target. Also Walmart clearance varies from store to store. DH bought a new hunting jacket last year for 24.88 we went to another (20minutes away) to see if it had other things on clearance and when we got to the store it was still regular price $69.
  4. Target has similar prices. Their Roseart crayons are only 0.10 I bought 100 packs! I always give them out for halloween treats.
  5. The Rag Shop that was here in SW PA went out of business about 7 years ago.
  6. Most Hallmark stores in the Pittsburgh area sell them for $10.99
  7. It depends on the type of chemicals you plan on using. There are different deals you can get online, or check you local pool supply store. I know of 2 stores in my area that offer pre-season sales - with up to 25% off chemicals and supplies. We use Baquacil it's non-Chlorine -- I usually buy enough for the season.
  8. Did you try eBay? That's where I usually order mine. I will NEVER use Hartz brand ever again. My family & poor kitty suffered from the consequences of that learning experience.
  9. I know what you mean. I usually get jeans on oldnavy.com. My son needs the slims & they never have them in store. But, I think they are usually 2/$24 or something like that. I'm surprised they do hold up pretty good, in fact, he wiped out on his bike on Friday & no hole.
  10. Thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately, I don't have a Meijers near me. I did find them at jcpenny.com for 9.99. I ordered 2. http://www4.jcpenney.com/jcp/ProductsDetailHom.aspx?LotNum=628-1727FA&InetMedia=RP&GroupID=1077258&ReturnURL=HOME%7c40525%7c40695%7cDEP%7cG%7cPRD%7c1077258%7c11%7c23%7cseating%7cFurniture%7ckids%2bteens%7c40536%7cProductList&CmCatId=40525|40536|40695
  11. Does anyone know where I can buy refills for bean bag chairs? I bought them a few years ago for Christmas & are now flat. My kids love them. Any ideas?
  12. Congrats! Hope others had better luck than us. After I talked to 2 stores yesterday & they told me "that they have them in the store, but can't sell them until 12 am Sunday morning" my sister & BIL set out to 2 stores. One store told her that the manager made the executive decision not to sale them until 8am -- BIL was at the other store @ 11:30 and they had already given out all their tickets. The store that BIL was at told him that the store my sister was at had 23 & couldn't understand why they weren't selling them.
  13. What about a pasta bowl & utencils? Other suggestions: Oil dipping set (I saw some nice sets @ target) -- Cheese grater -- Italian Spices -- Red/White table cloth with Italian style paper napkins & utencils. You could have a lot of fun with this. You may also ask a local grocery store to donate a $5 of $10 gift certificate.
  14. They are advertised in the 4/1-4/8 Walmart ad. I just called my local Walmart the sales associate told me that they have them in the store, but can't sell them until 12 am Sunday morning. I would suggest calling your Walmart to see when they go on sale. Hope that helps.
  15. I got mine out of sheer luck. Middle of the day @ Target, I just stopped & asked. The sales associate told me that they give vouchers @ 7 am Sunday mornings when the Wii is advertised in the weekly ad. Best thing to do is check the Sunday ads on Saturday.
  16. I bought mine at Lowes -- they also have the folding chairs.
  17. My mom made mine. But I did get nice sheets from Kmart- the Martha Stewart stuff is pretty nice and reasonably priced. Are you determined to buy the entire blanket set? The only reason I ask is that the comforters are always expensive and they are never used. I think nice sheets, dust ruffle & a light baby blanket (you can buy a few that can be washed & rewashed & rewashed for less than the comforter) are ample.
  18. I just bought Cuisinart Grind & Brew on clearance at Macy's for $30. It was marked down from $139.
  19. I have this one we use it all the time. I believe you can also hook up game systems too. We haven't been that ambitious.
  20. Thanks going for a baby gift this weekend.
