You should check out SquareTrade Warranty online. I have their extended warranty for several things including 3 iphone 5s If you like their facebook page you can put your email in to be sent a code for 40% off a warranty with them. I did it under different email addresses so will get a few since I am planning on getting a few electronics. Code is good thru 12/31

The gas supply is now being allowed into NYC harbors so hopefully delivery of fuel will continue. Northeast has long lines to get gas at stations due to lack of gas (someplaces) and also due to lack of electricity.

I have no idea. Last year there were 2 awesome deals on tablets one the high end Asus Transformer. I am hoping there will be a good deal. I want one for myself and would like a 10inch. I am thinking of this 7inch for DH for Xmas was going for the Kindle Fire HD 8.9inch but like this one alot more. I am looking at getting him the 32gb one.

If you got the deal at Kmart for $199 it was the 16gb. I then put a microsd card in it so now she has 32gb.

Last year while camping out at BB got a text about a deal on a tablet went to site and it was KMART of all places. I typed wrong it was $199 and in BB they had teh 7inch Acer for #189. I ordered online and picked up Friday afternoon. DD loves it. it was the 10inch Acer A500 I am hoping for another deal like that,,,

We usually decorate Thanksgiving weekend but don't light anything until December 1st and turn off January 6th. This year we are tarting earlier since DH will only have off Sundays and it takes us about 6 days to get everything up and ready. I love to decorate for Xmas, not so much the other holidays...

Last year I got my DD the Acer A500 for $189 on BF so the price tag of $359 seems high. The regular price for the Acer A210 seems to be $299 so HSN is adding on a bit which I think they normally do. Good thing they do offer it in a type of layaway to help people pay for it. DD loves her Acer and it has a great picture.

You can borrow books from the library also for the Nook. You just have to choose Epub. Actually Libraries offered Epub books before they started offereing books for Kindle to borrow. I have been borrowing books at the library on my Nook for 3 years and I think Kindle started last year.

Unfortunately buying from Amazon does not save me anything now. I pay tax on Amazon just like other stores. I used to prefer buying from them, but not anymore. The deal at Staples is better for me. I am thinking of waiting for the 8.9" screen though if I decide to go the Kindle route for DH. Still don't like that there is no miccro-sd card slot.

That is what I think also. Especially since it has specs like the ipad2. WOndering if maybe I will look into one of the Apple refurb ipad3 that are floating around for $379. DH would love it.

I am also looking for a new jacket, North Face or Patagonia, Something warm I will be using it while camping out. I have a Columbia that is about 10 years old I know that there is newer stuff out that is probably warmer.

I live about an hour away from Scranton. I have no idea what it is like on BF. I usually go to Middletown NY, Last year I met up with TazErase at his (classified location) I may be doing it again this year. All depends on what the ads have and what I can get online. I was told by TRU this week that it would be in the papers on Sunday October 28th. Which means that we should start receiving them in the mail possibly as early as this weekend but for sure during the next week.

Thank you for letting me know. I went to my Walmart and for a few days no one knew what I was talking about. I finally got someone who knew about it and was able to put on layaway/preorder. Of course the person in layaway informs me that the day of release I have to come back and get the item from the shelf and bring it to layaway for them to lock away under my name and account #. Can you imagine the nightmare that would be. I went back and spoke to the person in Electronics and she said the night before release just call the Electronics dept (can ask for her but she may not be working) and they will pull one from the back BEFORE they make it to the floor (if any are left) and they will take to layaway. I plan on going there the day and night before and making sure I get to see her directly to remind her to put it in layaway for me. Keeping fingers crossed that I actually get it... Thanks for posting about it I would never have know. I kept asking them if they were taking preorders and always was told NO.

Knowing the way Apple works I would think this will be over $300. They tend to be on the expensive side. I am waiting to see what they announce. Last year I got my DS his Asus Transformer 10inch tablet for $249 and DD Acer Iconia 10inch tablet for $199 so I am hoping to get one for me in that price range... THe Asus I camped outside BB for I am not sure if it could be purchased if you are a Silver Reward Member when they do the early buys for them (This year I a am Silver Reward member but the Acer for my DD I ordered online and picked up at Kmart BF afternoon... I am hoping I wont have to camp out.
