I know when they price matched my stove I also got the additional 10% off from the coupon I had. SO I would think you would get add'l discount.
-
Thanks I saw that one. I am so debating. I have a friend who works at Walmart was thinking of giving him the ad to get price matched over BF weekend and then use his discount also. I also heard there is a big tablet sale at Walmart the weekend after BF (plan on going to talk to my Walmart manager this afternoon) don't know if it will be lower.I also have the option of waiting for Sunday to see if it is part of BB Silver Reward Zone sale. Preview is on SUnday. The deal ends at J&R on Saturday. I am buying more than one because my kids Varsity Swim team is having a Tricky Tray in February and this is a good way to get a raffle item for a low cost to make money on in the raffles.

Where is the extra $10 off with purchase up to $249. I know they are offering a gift card but would prefer it taken off my item.

A whole house gives you piece of mind. We have one of the smaller generators (it used to cover our entire previous house) we used it during Sandy to run our fridge and our furnace not at the same time. DH has to be hear to run it since I can't, that is why we are getting a whole house one that will do everything automatically. THat way he wont worry about us when he is not home. You can get a whole house installed and then you wont have to worry about it.

Wii U is the new video game console from Nintendo. It is a step up from the Nintendo Wii. It is backwards compatible and will play wii games, use the wii motes etc. It has a hand held "tablet" style controller and you use that to play the games. If you turn the TV off or change to something else the gamer is supposed to be able to continue playing the game with the tablet controller without using the TV. (Sounds great especially if you have to share a TV) Alot has been shown but they just recently got into stores for anyone to try it out.

Yes a whole house generator is one that is tied into a gas or propane and it tests it self 1x a week by automatically switching over from regular electricity to being run by the generator. I am not sure about natural gas but can ask DH when he gets home tomorrow. It stays outside all year on a pad and is always connected to the source. The generators shown about are NOT whole house generators. THose generators are the ones that are pull to start. With those you get a transfer switch connect the items you want to be run by the generator and when you lose power you "wheel it outside" and connect the plug from it to the transfer switch panel. Then you pull start it to get it going. Depending on how much stuff you have to run those generators can run your whole house. They just dont automatically transfer when you lose power. Whole house generators come in different sizes and again depending on what you want to be able to run they can do it. SOme people dont have a lot of electric appliances so a smaller whole house can do the same job for them as one that I would have to get for my house since everything is electric except for my furnace which just has an electric switch but is run by propane. I hope I was able to explain the differences. DH is an Electrician and has installed both types of generators. As a matter of fact we will be getting one ourselves in the spring with our tax return. Our unit I think he said will be 17,000 watts the biggest they have and is about $4,000 for it It will run our entire house automatically as if we did not lose power we wont even notice the transfer. DH will be doing the installation in house and he will only have to contact the propane company to come and connect to our tank.

My kids each have 10", they are great. I have decided I want a 7 inch and a 10 inch for ME!! DH will use one of them. I will have more use for the 7inch I can take it everywhere with me. He can use the 10" at work too. We will switch up.

If you go right to the J & R website (they are the ones selling the galaxy on amazon) they have it for $199.00 also with no tax or shipping like on the Amazon site.
-
I am so hoping they will do that again this year. I have not heard anything yet though.
-
Maybe they have reached their quota. My friend just preordered before I posted about the deal. I was able to preorder 2 at Walmart a while ago. They have now filled their quota also when I asked at my local store yesterday but the WalMart that is about 20 minutes away still has openings for preorder so I know they are still taking them. Not many people knew about it because they are not calling it preorder they are calling it putting on layaway.

Black Friday T-shirts - Status Update & Discussion Thread
racerfan replied to ehstrojette's topic in 2012
Thanks Brad got to the Post Office today and my package was there with my shirt and some goodies. Really appreciate it. DD14 has already taken a shirt even though its way too big. I know DS is going to take one as soon as he gets home. -
Most doorbuster at BB are given to the first people in line. Getting there 8pm for a midnight opening you are going to be way down towards the back. Last year I was out from Wednesday night at a BB that usually does not allow campers until Thursday. My local BB people were lined up from Monday nite in tents.
-
You could use a different email address to get the 2nd one.
-
I think the 50" at Sears for $299 is a good deal.

Kmart is now taking pre-orders for the Wii U Basic or the Deluxe. For shipping only you cannot do pick up in store. I did not try to see if you could put it on layaway. http://s.shld.net/is/image/Sears/spin_prod_737812612?hei=100&wid=100&op_sharpen=1 http://www.kmart.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_05843253000P?adCell=W3&adCell=W3

How do you find out if they are getting more. I was thinking of going to Walmart on Saturday after BF and showing them the 3 day sale with the lower price and have friend buy it then with his discount.
-
I guess they are getting more in then since my Walmart only has 1 left as of last night

We already have the Original transformer and DS LOVES it. No problems. The 2md gen that came out right after we bought his had so many problems with wifi and gps. This one is the TF300 that came out after the 2nd gen. I guess their 3rd gen but different model #. No problems with it at all. I have been hoping for a deal on ASUS much prefer it to DD Acer Iconia A5000 she got last year also
