I spent a little over $500.00 and still have a ton more to buy.

Normally at my Walmart at 5 a.m. the shrink wrap comes off and the associates move out of the way and let the grabbing begin. I walked in to Walmart at 4:45 am and people were already standing at the check out lanes waiting to check out at 5. There carts were full! :mad: :mad: If the sale starts at 5 then it starts at 5. Next year I will get there at 4 so I wont have the same trouble(I have been going to Walmart on bf for almost 12 years and have never had this happen.). So what was your experience? Did they wait or not?

I was so mad about Ice age with Sears. I had already went to walmart and was not going back to that zoo again! LOL!

I had to stand in line for 1/2 hour at one store but after reading your post I am not going to complain about it anymore!!!

I went back to my Walmart after 12 and the things that were on the blitz were still the same price. They had a ton of the sponge bob and dora tv/dvd.

We usually do take out. One thing I learned last year is I will NEVER ever go to Sonny BBQ the night before Thanksgiving. OMG it is crazy with everyone picking up their dinners.

I cant stand the grumps or rude people. I was waiting for a cart one year and you could see I was the first one in line for one. A witch(use the b instead of w) came up and looked right at me and took the cart that was for me. She then tried giving me dirty looks until I gave them right back. She was in shock. She went over to her girlfriends and starting talking crap. GRRRRRrrrr... I then noticed later she was starting trouble in the layaway line. I walked past her and told her to have fun waiting in line. The grumps are the same people who complain that Walmart doesnt have candy canes on Dec. 23. DUH!!! Lets wait till the last minute and then cop an attitude.

I have a $50.00 GC to JcPenney's.

My SIL got great deals at Old Navy last year. I am going to make that one of my BF stops for sure!!

You go through the register but you MUST have the ad with you to prove Best Buy has it on sale. Most Walmarts have the ads but I always bring mine with me just incase. I think as long as you have the ad the price match everything execpt items that are % off or B1G1F items.

Dh does do some BF shopping for me but it is stores he can quick run in and out off.(ie lowes and radio shak) We usually do some shopping together after that and get some things for the boys.

I usually make a big spread but this year we are having the family over on Christmas Eve to exchange gifts. My Mom was not thrilled with it so she said we can come over and she will do brunch on Christmas morning. Dh is going to be thrilled.
