I know now that the official start time of the line ups is NO LONGER 3am. That's for sure. All over the store people were asking if I was the lady who had been there all night. I was PROUD to say, "Yeah, that's me!" LOL I started to wait and take my shower after I went to check things out, but something told me to before, glad I did now!

I haven't tried that one, thanks for the info. I have used B&BW Tree scent room spray before. I always use a fake tree but I love the real tree smell.

Yeah. Sorry about that. I got up yesterday morning at 7am and have not been to sleep yet. I spent the night at WM!!LOL

LOL! I was actually going to scope things out and come home and change, but it just didn't happen that way. Maybe I'll just keep a pair of tennis shoes in the van for situations like this. But, all of us who were there all night got folding chairs from sporting goods and sat and even watched movies on the display tvs that the nice electronics guy played for us. The were so nice.

She was reaching for the SPs and some idiot bit her on the finger but no way to tell who it was because there were about 50-75 people all piled on top of each other trying to get them. Mom got hit in the head and nearly shoved down getting the portable dvd players. The people behind her were so nice while waiting in line, when they opened them she was trying to pass them back to them and they started reaching over her, hitting her in the head, and shoving her. Our WM was a total disaster area and the employees tried their best keep it under control but that just did not happen. I would like to add that daughter got 2 SPs and mom got her dvd player, too.

Well, I hope I get some new referrals.lol I talked all night to people about this site, they were looking for employees to ask questions and I said, "Maybe I can help." They wanted to know how I was so prepared so early and I told them all about the site and that we got to see the ads first and all of the info we get here. I can honestly say that the rules completely changed this year for BF shopping. I have been going every year for at least 9 or 10 years. Last year we got to WM at 3am and were just about the only people in the store. This year I got there about 6 or 6:30pm on Thursday and people started lining up behind me.lol I have NEVER seen BF like this. I have seen fist fights, hair pulling(usually followed by fist fights, lol), and all sorts of things but people this year were out for BLOOD! I will now be ready for next year even though we still did great this year. Ross, I am so sorry you didn't get your latop. You would think you would have had a shot. I tell ya, this year was a whole new game.

Our store had the 20" TV/DVD combos right inside the door. My son said that at 4:30 everything was quite and still and at 4:45 all hell broke loose. He said there was a wall of people RUNNING in the doors with carts and he got scared. But he got that thing and I am so proud of them. The employees at our store were wonderful. They were really helpful all night. They even told everyone not to waste their time in line for the laptop because there were only 15 and they had 15 people who had been there all night. But people lined up anyway. By 5am there were about 200 people for the laptops. They had to change the locations of the pallets from what was indicated on their maps because people were ripping the plastic off of them so they moved them around a little. I felt so sorry for those employees. Some of them were there when I got there, left and came back at 4:45 for another shift. They were suprised to see that I had spent the night there. I wish I had taken my camera but I was going to go and check things out and come back, change clothes, and get it and go back, no such luck. But my mom now has her laptop and she is one happy lady today.lol

Okay, I'm going to post this and then hopefully go to bed!!! I went to WM last night about 6pm to check things out, I know the time was before 7pm.lol I was told by the employee in electroniccs that there were 15 laptops and they had been told to line people up as they would be first come first serve. Sent the little ones home with my mother for a little while and got: 4 Care Bears 2 Cabbage Patch Newborns (not sure why but they already had them out.) Then got in line at the electronics regisster. By 11pm there were about 4 or 5 people behind me. I stayed there until about 4am when the crowds started coming in and raising hell because they had let a line form for the laptops before 5am. They then tell us that we can pay for them there but we are responsible for whatever happens after that. Meaning RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! I paid for it and got a ticket. Mom had come back earlier and was camped beside the portable DVD players. Son was waiting for the 20" tv/dvd combo. Two girls were waiting for the clothes, SPs, gamese and movies. At 5am, the wrappers came off and mom nearly died getting the dvd player. She was almost knocked down and was hit in the head several timees. Son grabbed the tv and ran.lol Daughter got BIT on the finger trying to get the SPs, but still got two! (That's my girl) Other daughter got stick vacs and pj pants. We got two pairs of boots, some movies, and the digital camera accessory pack. They worked that place like pros! They were so nice and polite and even helped several people and still got what they were after. Now, back to the laptop...they told us we would have to pick it up in the sporting goods because everyone at the back of the line was mad as crap because they wouldn't be getting one and they wouldn't let them through with the laptops. I go to sporting goods, get my laptop, daughter gets an empty buggy and gets in it. She put the laptop in the front bottom of the buggy and put her feet against it and I ran like the wind out of that store with reciept in hand. People were eyeing that thing like it was gold. When we were loading the van, security came running out and told us to hurry and leave because people were trying to take them from people putting them in their cars. I left really quick and passed the cops coming in. I then went to Radio Shack, got a few goodies there, went to eat and now I am ready to pass out!!! Kids are asleep, and they cannot wait for next year, they LOVED it!!! I am ticked that I couldn't take pics, but when I went at 6-6:30 I had NO intentions of staying!LOL But hopefully some of mom's will turn out good.

It's warm right now but it's supposed to get colder tonight and in the morning. Good luck to everyone!!! I hope evryone gets everything they are after!!! I'm making one final trip to WM to check things out and hopefully I can come back home for a little while, but if the crowds are atarting, I'll be staying!!!LOL

WM's shipping costs bite!!! No way is it worth it unless you just can not go to the store. I know how you feel, Debbie, about the shipping to the store. It's almost two hours from here to Dallas, wish our WM did this.

He definitely copied his response "word for word" because he sent me the exact e-mail that he sent all2tired. LMFAO!!! I sent my e-mail directly to him. He claims that all of the other stores confirmed his report and that WM was the only one who confirmed that this site had their ad before it was released, basically. I think he's about the biggest ASS I've ever seen. I also believe that he should have to answer for being what I feel is an incompetent ASS!

Trust me, it's harder to come home empty handed on BF than to come home with a van full of stuff!LOL

If you are at my WM, I'll get them and you won't cause I will walk right pass you since it's a 24 hr. store. LMAO You shouldn't play around with us about BF, we do take it seriously!

You will probably get the same retarded reply from him that I did and it was hateful. He is not a very nice person. You should read the e-mail that I got. Anyway, I hope the local viewers know exactly what he is like because if he reported the news around here I sure wouldn't watch that channel's news at all.

They are being big ol' butts this year and sent notice to have their ad pulled. I never shop there anyway so for me it was no biggie because I prefer Office Max because of the customer service and I would have to travel a lot farther to shop there.

Gosh, guys that's awful. You would think that a company like BB would love the sales they get on the doorbusters since they seem to have the best. I think that is a stupid mistake.

I got those on my flyer, too. Earlier today they were giving them out at the door, but tonight they had them at all of the registers and in electronics.

Sweats for me, the comfier the better. And they are easy to bend in, run in, and sit in. So, I will be tacky in sweats, t-shirt, and tennis shoes.

I am starting to get that nervous feeling I get every year, hoping I can get everything on my list. After tonight I will be a mess!LMAO

Okay, here's what I found out tonight at WM. I will have to go there earlier than I thought.lol The store was packed with people with their ads in their hands, mapping out the areas where the items are already out. It was worse than I've ever seen it the day BEFORE Thanksgiving. I usually expect a few people on Thanksgiving night but they were packed all over the store and from the sounds of it they are all after what I'm after.LMAO A lady got them to take two SPs out of the display case and she hid them in the shoes. I saw her do this!!! I am completely shocked! My WM is never like this until BF morning. Well, I may be going about 10pm tomorrow night and getting the stuff already on the shelves and waiting on the blitz items. None of them are ringing up at sale prices yet.
