Okay, just sent another round of emails. Hopefully we can make them pay attention. I will be making another round after lunch and making more calls.

Dear Santa, I am writing to you after so many years to ask for one simple thing this year. I would like the Logitech io2 Digital Pen. I am not asking for myself, but for my son, whom I am so very proud of. He has overcome so many odds and has been accepted to Texas Tech. I hope that you will see fit to grant me this one wish. Our WalMart still has a whole endcap full of the small vacuums from last year.LOL They finally got rid of the last Garth Brooks sets when they went down to $5!

I just got finished going down the list of their email addresses. I think I got them all, lol, and called. Man, they are not as friendly today as they were last week. Oh, well. Over the weekend I emailed both days and made sure that most of my contacts did too. I hope they choke on their crappy sales this year.

Okay, I called the customer relation number above and had to hold forever. Finally I spoke with Dana who said she had no idea what was going on and that she would research the problem for me, on hold again, then finally came back and said they have no further information on this subject at this time but she would document the call.

I missed that one but my mother just called me to tell me that FoxNews channel mentioned this morning that WM had threatened to sue any sites posting their ad early.

Same here, there's no way will I go there and waste my time unless I know ahead of time what they will have. I would be so ticked off to go there and then walk into one of those farces like the bathrobes last year. It seems like their sale has gotten progressively worse each year and I can't imagine what's next.

I thought I remembered him saying that he did the interview on their local news.

That was Marcster. He did an interview I believe. I think he did the interview in 2005, though.

Just sent emails to WM and to my contacts to remind them to email again today. I am going to make another call today and will do it all again tomorrow. Sorry about all of this crap Brad. I think it's truly awful that they would do this, but nothing suprises me about them anymore.

Yeah, and it looks like the plans will be a little different this year. Not going to the "big party poopin' WM".

I forwarded the email addresses and link to the story to everyone in my contact list...that's alot of people considering I am the contact person for about 6 student clubs and organizations at four schools here. That's about 300 parents all together not including friends and family. I am going to wake up tomorrow and call again and email again. Our WM finally got rid of the last of the Garth Brooks sets, but they had to clearance them at $5.00 to do it. And yeah, robes are not exactly what I'm looking for on BF. We are supposed to get a new Target and I am soooooo ready...then WM can truly kiss it!!! Just about everyone around here seems to be fed up with them.

WalMart choked last year because their sale sucked!

This BITES big time!!! Around here you can't even get an ad before the sale short of giving up your first born. What a bunch of crap. Oh, well I am going to try and email them, but it's not like they actually give a crap about the customers or their opinions anymore anyway. Hope they decide to not be a bunch of douche bags this year Brad! But if they do, oh well, there's other stores.

I love the Pumpkin and the Eggnog flavors and was very happy to see them at the store the other day!!!

I love everything about the holidays. I don't remember ever having a bad Thanksgiving or Christmas no matter what was going on at the time. I love the music, the weather, the food, shopping, being with family, giving gifts, decorating, going to various holiday events here in town, just the overall feeling. My favorite two things that I do every year is sitting and watching a movie, just my husband, with only the tree lights on and on Christmas eve after everyone has gone to bed, I like to sit alone and watch the tree lights and reflect on all of the good things that have happened over the past year and how fortunate we are. I take that time to think of friends and family who are no longer here. Now I want to go and drag out the trees and I promised I would wait.....

We used to go to KMart first and their sale started at 8am. If we were there by 7am we were some of the first ones there. I love the freebies. I have so many of the JCPenney snowglobes, even if they don't have anything to get me there, after leaving WalMart, on my way to the next store, I stop there and all of the kids go in for their snowglobes. Ahhh, I miss the old days of bf shopping....

That was her first year to go and I figured it would scare her away from it, but no, she loves going. Unfortunately I was waiting in line for those stupid laptops in another area or there would have been an all out mess.

I am happy that we have a 24 hour store. But we still get the ones who get there at 5am and complain because the store is full already.LOL

Our's stays open so it's nice and warm. But we aren't able to get the blitz items until 5am. I think each store may be different so you may want to check ahead of time and see.

After shopping we stop to eat and then home to wrap everything then I go to sleep.

I have been BF shopping since the very first year that KMart had their day after Thanksgiving Sale. I was lucky enough to find GD in October 2005.

Year before last we had a couple, my mother was hit in the head by people reaching over her for the portable dvd players at Wal-Mart. She was almost knocked to the floor but luckily we got her out of there. That same year my daughter who is now 15 was bitten on the hand by old ladies trying to get the GameBoy Advance at Wal-Mart. Luckily it didn't break the skin. That was her first year to go, I don't think it's the time or the place for little ones, and instead of scarinf her off, it made her more determined the next year. We get the usual, bruised or bloody heels, various bumps and bruises, every year, but nothing major.
