I make a list for each store and take the lists in my purse, which I have to take or I will be constantly "looking" for my purse as if I've lost it!LOL

Same here! I took the three oldest with me and my Mom last year for the first time. Unfortunately, we went to WalMart about 6pm on Thanksgiving evening to check out where everything may or may not be. Well, we ended up staying there because several people were saying they would be staying to wait on the laptop deal (which my Mom wanted so badly!). The kids, who are 13, 14, and 18, were great. They helped so much and to pass the time, they guy working in electronics kept putting movies on for us to watch. That and the fact that there were wonderful people behind us in line made everything fun.

You, too?!?!? I just HAD to watch Christmas Vacation this past weekend. Then I went to Bath & Body on Sunday afternoon, they had their Fall Scents out and were burning the Pumpkin Spice Oil. It just made me want to jump up and down!

How cool! Sometimes I miss the variety of stores the larger cities have, but shopping in a small town is more enjoyable to me because I always know most of the people in the store with me at 2 am!

I love everything about BF! Getting up early (or camping out, if need be), spending time with my Mom, running around to get the goodies, and breakfast afterwards, wrapping the presents, taking a long nap, and I love mapping out our plans and coming here!LOL

I notice the people around me while I am standing in the check out line. The rest of the time I am too busy trying to get what I am after before it's all gone.LOL

We have breakfast at Denny's, then home to wrap gifts before someone peaks, and then a much needed nap. Well, last year I came here and talked for a little while about my BF experiences before heading off for a nap.LOL

Hubby and the kids have only one request...that no Christmas decorations go up before Halloween. So, I do it all on November 1st!!!

When we had a KMart, I went there every year on Thanksgiving Day. Now the only place we have that has sales on Thursday is Big Lots. If they have something good that I really want, I will put the turkey on and go, if not, I just stay here, cook, and prepare for BF!LOL

I will be shopping here in beautiful Paris.....Texas!LOL

It really does help when you can split up. Luckily, we live in a relatively small town with limited stores so we can get them all covered.(Well, the ones we need to get to, anyway.lol) Most of what we get comes from WM so that's a great place to start for us. The price matching helps alot, too.

My sister lives in Houston and she doesn't go out on BF either. Last year she said she tried then changed her mind when it looked like rush hour at 5:00 am.

My Mom and I shop together every BF and we definitely use a route. My Aunt uses another route so that we can cover more stores, we pick up what she wants at our stores, and she does the same for us. It all works out pretty good, so far.LOL We make a list of what items we are after in which stores and we start with WM since their sale starts before the other stores we have, and then go from there.

I usually don't stick with just one thing, but I have snowmen everywhere. This year I am going to try to not buy anymore snowmen. But I will still use both the white tree and the green one. We also have the small trees in each of the kids' bedrooms and one in our room beside the fireplace. The outside of the house will be covered in lights...again.LOL

I noticed that our WM and Big Lots has been getting the Christmas decorations ready. I'm really getting excited now, especially since our heat wave seems to be letting up now!

Sorry I'm late! Congrats guys and gals! Brad and RossMAN, you guys couldn't have picked a better group! I am getting so excited already for BF!!! Last year was great thanks to everyone here and I am looking forward to an even better BF!!! And it's good to be back!LOL

Now I'm all excited about BF.LOL I haven't been here much lately and when I signed on I thought "...Crap! What did I do?!?!"

This is always a great sale. It's a great time to stock up for teacher's gifts and last minute gifts for Christmas or birthdays. I can't wait!LOL

At our store there is a section at the back of the store right now with most of the clearance items there. But there are other items mixed in with everything else, too. I just browsed each section and looked for them.

I found out today at our WalMart that since they are remodeling, they will be having a Grand Re-Opening the second week of April. So all of the clearance prices will go even lower at our's to get rid of them before the re-opening.
