I had a really hard time deciding between the leapster and the vsmile pocket. I eventually bought the vsmile pocket (to be from santa:) ). He already had the other vsmile, so he has games for it. But when I saw the price of the leapster with 3 games I was thinking twice.

I believe the phillips in the ad was originally 160-180 dollars, way better than the ipod shuffle I was talking about.

Walmart and Kmart are within 5 minutes from my house. Target, walgreens, the mall, etc. are about an hour away.

I was able to go last year, because my mom was working there. Got great deals..won't be going this year

In my experience every walmart is different. The walmart in my town does it different every year, you never really know what to expect.

I totally do that too. It isn't a 24 hour walmart here, so I go in at like 9 pm. (they close at 10) and try to see where they have at least put some of the stuff that won't be on pallets. Two years ago when I did this I was able to get a bunch of the stuff early because it was already ringing up the bf price.

I don't know the kids seem to be going crazy for them...and they have lots of different software available for them..I would buy one, but my kid is too little for one now.

The walmart here, and it is a small town..now has a wireless kiosk that does prepaid and the contract service (cingular, att, tmobil, etc.) . I have no clue which it is for, but it doesn't say prepaid which makes me think it is not a prepaid one. I would be surprised if they had the razr prepaid. I am not positive though. Hope this helps.

My husband's co-workers I typically bake for, and non family member $10-15..I agree the thought is what counts.

I loathe my emachine, getting a new laptop at walmart. Just my opinion though. Happy Shopping

I have an ipod shuffle, but will be buying a phillips for my brother for christmas/bday present. It looks way better than my shuffle (which is only a month old) and holds way more music at 2 GB. My shuffle cost 99. and is only 512 MB..which holds about 120. So I wish that I had waited. Hope that helps a little. Happy Shopping.

I am usually at walmart by 3:30 or 4:00, this year midnight for the laptop.

Probably about the same, unless I come across some things I can't pass up.

I sometimes buy wendys gift cards for stocking stuffers.

I believe the leapster was on ad in walmart for bf. It had 3 games with it for 89 bucks. Might be games you already have though. Hope this helps .

I don't think I do either, but some other do. It's nobody's business though...they are only young once..

I totally hope they do tickets for the laptops, since I plan on being one of the first ones. But at the walmart here I doubt it. It is pretty random, never the same every year. I mean the desktops are always lined up the same place, I just don't see them doing that with the laptops.
