Does Walmart do some sort of restock during the early bird? Two years ago when Walmart had the DVD/VCR Combos on sale. One of my friends was able to get one at about 9:30 am where as when I left the same store at about 7:30 am they seemed to be all out. She said the pallet was full and there was no fighting over them.

What your doing is great, family has got to stick together. Also just think what they are getting is more than what a lot of children will have. Plus they have a nice warm home and food to eat. So do what you can and don't sweat the rest.

Right now it is between Sears and Walmart. But it looks like I may get what I want from Sears online so I may not have to worry about them.

If I am not to tired i will usually go out. My mom lives 3 min away from walmart, so it is very hard to resist.

Yup, I still like looking at the newspaper. It is something about sitting down after dinner and doing your final run through before BF.

So far I have gotten 2 gifts for my son a $20 clifford table and chair set and a $17.00 Video Now Jr . I am trying to wait for BF to get most of my shopping done. But I can not pass up a good deal.

What colors are you decorating your tree this year ? Last year I decorated the tree with gold and burgundy bulbs and bows. This year I am not sure, also my son is more mobile now so I think I am going to look into plastic bulbs.

Ours usually go in the Living Room right in front of the window. For all to see as they drive by.

Yes I normally wrap the stocking stuffers. Not candy or any very small gifts though. If my son see's it he is going to want it lol.

Was just looking at the TRU big toy book on line and noticed that the sale ends a couple days before BF. Was wondering how do the sales prices in the book compare to those on BF? Are the BF prices much better?

Yup, I give fast food gift card to my little cousins. They love them. I also always give my aunt the lottery scratch off tickets.
