Thanks for reminding me about Veterans Day sales. I need furniture for my basement and want to get a good deal on it. I have never looked for furniture on BF not sure what kind of deals they would have.

Guys check your local area COSTCO's. I have been told that they did still have some in stock. Make sure to call the store before going out. I know when that last Harry Potter book came out and they were sold out everywhere else Costco's still had a ton of them. Also if you are not a member just get a free one day pass.

I Love Macy's.I know here they would have coupons in the paper that you could use on Black Friday. Like if you spent $50 you would get $15 off or something like that. Not sure what they will do this year.

I don't have a set time when I wrap, but normally when I wrap I try to do it all at once. I usually wrapping as I am listening to my Christmas CD's.

I may try kmart this year since I never go there on BF and it is right in the same plaza as the Big Lots

I LOVE Target but for some reason I never go there first on BF. I always end up going but not until after the crowd has left and things are pretty much picked over. Maybe I will try them first this year.

It's about time they changed that refund policy.

I carry a passport wallet as around my neck and under my coat. I never carrying my purse on BF. I also make a list for each store and carry it in along with the ad.

I am still so amazed at how early christmas decorations are put out, but it will be here before we know it.

How many go shopping on Turkey day?? Last year I got up early and went out Thanksgiving and found some great deals at Big Lots. I will be looking out for those deals again this year.

I agree last year I was able to get a great deal on an electric blanket from Big Lots on Thanksgiving day.
