we ususally do my side of the family Christmas but some yrs we cant because of my mom having to work so that tradition is gone..we still have it but not that day hardly anymore.....so I have started for the last 3 yrs reading TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS to my girls....we lay on floor right before bed and relax and read it....it is very calming....and they are allowed to have their stockings on Christmas Eve.

How are you all making the carmels? I make peppermint bark,hard rock candy,cookies,peanut butter fudge and peanut brittle.....need to hit the store to get more ingredients to get some more made....

ohhh I hope my dds works when it is opened on Christmas morning...sorry you having to deal with this at this short time to Christmas

I finished up my youngest dd now....I am done...DONE.....lol....only 1 item ended up being sold out by the time I checked out.

dd wears hers everyday to school and it is still holding up good for her...hope he can get it replaced

ok you all ease my fears of Prime...lol....I can FORSURE CANCEL it before my 30 days are up and I wont be charged the price of prime...which is what?......and if I do PRIME can I order one item at a time not matter how much in one day?say like find something and order it and go back to shop and find something else with in a relatively short period of time.... somebody please help me with these questions...lol

they would not give my mom the mens fleece jackets for $8 because it was ringing up $25..she got mad and told them to keep it...lol....they said the towel was ringing up for $3 ...didnt matter...them went so crazy fast...unbelieveable the amount of towels some people had in their carts....one man had nothing but towels in his cart...FULL.......and I wanted some...lol....I need to check my reciept to make sure things rung up right.

omgoodness....that is just awful....I was at ours this morning and everybody is courtious for the most part...asking would you please hand me this or that.....it was very crowded ...Thank God we dont have all that non-sense at the store I go to.

my 6 yrs old has had hers for 2 yrs now and it is still going strong....the batteries last a while too....hers had a disk with it so I didnt have to purchase one....well worth the money

our are closing around us....this is their last week opened...I went go 35 items Weds....I cant believe how people just threw all the clothes around in there...all over the floor....it was a mess.....

we draw names on my husbands side since he is 1 of 9 kids....and we buy for all the kids under 18.......we buy for almost 30 people on both sides...the name gifts are min of $20 and the kids are ususally around $5

I will head to Morehead KY....then again....I just might go to Maysville,Ky....or Portsmouth,Oh....but more than likely Morehead...been going there for the last 11 yrs...lol

my dd needs a new one too....she has went through 2 already...lol...

so 2 people can us a guitar and play the game?...I got GH3 for dd for christmas and I would love to get this if my little one can play at the same time as her

when we do our big dinners....we ALL bring food....mil cooks the main things...turkey,mash tators rolls......and we all bring all the sides....she always hollers take you all some home ....we just always go back down later that night to eat again...we live next door...lol.....if you dont bring anything I dont think you should take a plate home with you...but I do know what you mean...there are a some in dhs familie that do that and they are not bashful about jumping right in there and getting a plate full to take...lol
