  1. I have a 10 of $100 coupon I can mail to you. I'm in north jersey also so you can probably get it in a day or 2.
  2. Are there any Valentines paper goods I should keep an eye out for? I'm loving those press & seals I got from the X-mas clearance and I'm still using the halloween napkins but I'm running low on paper plates...
  3. Sorry this is late but BB&B doesn't have online codes. They've always told me at the store that if you bring in the invoice with a 20% off coupon, they'll adjust the price for you but otherwise, there's no way to get a discount online.
  4. Great price on the Leapster. I paid about $35 for it on BF.
  5. All of a sudden, I'm getting notifications again. Must've redeemed myself after all that 75% target clearance shopping:yup:
  6. Still good by me. Too bad I don't need it. BOGOF ends 2/4
  7. Was this in the regular coupon section or somewhere in the newspaper? I didn't see that but I'll gladly look again for it.
  8. Excellent!!! Thank you sooo much!!! I can't believe I almost paid $50 for this thing at Best Buy yesterday. Just ordered it. thank you! thank you! thank you!
  9. Found an endcap full of Listerine Cool Blue kids mouth rinse that comes with 65 kids dixie cups for $3.15. Doesn't expire until 2010. ###049-08-0010 - Listerine Cool Agent Blue - reg $5.99 dow to $3.15
  10. DH's nephew just asked for an x-box gold membership. It looks like I can get the card pretty easily but in true Gottadeal fashion, I just wanted to check and see if there are any deals on them first . All I see is the regular price of $49.99 for 12 months plus a bonus month. TIA
  11. I heard a couple of ee's complaining about this the other day. They said that people have been calling all day everyday for them to check prices on stuff. They've just been saying they don't have anymore to get them to stop calling.
  12. I'm so tired of this. My closest store still has most things at 30% If I buy something at 30% at one store and return it at another smaller that store that probably already went down to 50 or even 75%, would the new store sell it at the same price or does it get scanned and marked down somehow before they put it back on the shelf? The smaller store I'm thinking of hasn't had the clone trooper blaster game that I'm after since BF.
  13. At my store, there were about 8 of them in the bottom of the umbrella endcap. All red stickered in red boxes. Some had purple polka dots, some had red plaid, some red/green plaid, and I forget the other styles.
  14. I found a bunch of red box Totes Umbrella's 75% off. I didn't feel like arguing them down to 90%. ###Totes Elements Umbrella's - 061-00-0224 - 75% off reg $12.99 down to $3.24.
  15. What a mess this has all become. Target really is playing their cards right with this one. I went to two Targets today. 1st one (Watchung) was the one they had all packed up yesterday so I figured they would set up everything and start markdowns. Nope, 30%. Even hung around for 1/2 hour waiting for a markdown team to arrive. I got to overhear a lovely conversation about how aggravating it is that they get 20 calls a day asking if the toys are down to 75%. The one ee said they aren't supposed to answer that question so they just lie to get the people off the phone. I guess we all new that already though. One other ee came by asking about the smart cycle and another woman scanned it and it came up $64.xx so the one with the scanner told her that when it goes to 75% it'll only be $24.xx. She didn't even give a hint as to when that would be though. 3 days in a row Target and I've bought things everytime. Gave up and tried another store (Union). That store was a mess. I found something the clone trooper blaster thay I called them about yesterday for. On the phone the operator told me the price had gone down to 50% but then back up to the 30% price and that they were out of them anyway. Found it on the shelf for 50% and bought it anyway since the kids will be home for the next 4 days. Found the clone trooper laptops marked down 75% but I didn't see anything else that was 75%. Then the markdown team showed up but without their carts so I lingered. They scanned a few things and then started packing the toys up in those darn boxes!!! One woman came by to ask about a rose petal something and they kept telling her that it was already marked at 50% or something but apparently it was marked at 30%. Took 3 women and about 5 minutes for them to actually scan the box and see what the price was and if it should have been marked down more. They said the sticker was right but now that I think about it, it's their word against nobody. Th
  16. I'm surprised she doesn't wake up to the sound of me screaming every morning. I thought everyone in a 300 mile radius could hear me (except my kids)
  17. Ditto on everything except the part about returning the Halloween costume.
  18. I never made it to the Union store but I did go to Watchung. Almost ALL of the toy dept was packed up in the cardboard boxes. They had about 10 flatbed carts in the aisles. I could barely see anything but I do know that some of the toys were rearranged. Maybe tomorrow. I did call the Union store and had the operator check something for me and the price she gave was 50% off.
  19. Fellow NJ'ers, I'm heading out to the Union Target now. I'm going to the gym first and then Target right after. I'll let you know what I find at about 11. Malibooiseeyou, I would try back alittle later. The markdown team doesn't simply put the stickers on, they have to manually scan the item and then it gets marked down in the system. Last year, I had my items in my cart while they were scanning and just browsed the rest of the store. 20 minutes later, everything in my cart was marked down.
  20. Thanks Brad!!! Glad to know I wasn't being punished for paying Full Price for something :)
  21. Quick question, when you return something w/ a receipt to Target, do they see the price you paid as well as the current clearance price? Just wondering if I'm imagining things when I think they give me that "I know what you're up to" look.
  22. I check my e-mail through aol.com. I've gotten notifications from other vbulletin sites so I don't think that's it. For whatever reason, when I go into the Thread Tools on threads I know I'm subscribed to, I ALWAYS have the option to Subscribe to the thread. It never says unsubscribe anymore. I guess it's official, gottadeal hates me:gdcry:
  23. I hope this is the right place.... I haven't gotten any e-mail notifications for any of my suscribed threads in over a week:no:. I checked my junk folder and they're not there, I checked my subscriptions list and they're all there, and I double checked my e-mail addy and it's right. Is it just me?
  24. We gave ourselves a replacement fridge. DH went to store, bought a midsize fridge and they day our fridge was fixed, I packed it up and brought it right back to the store and to avoid the 15% restocking fee I said the fridge didn't work well. I just didn't say which fridge wasn't working . Sorry but morals went out the window when I have to store my groceries in the fridge at my kids daycare for 2 weeks.
  25. Sorry you're having so many problems:no: I went through something VERY similar last year with my fridge/freezer. Basically, it died the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Ironically, they were able to get someone here the very next morning. He supposedly fixed the problem but he really didn't. Call back Monday night and they tell me they can't get anyone there until Wednesday morning. Morning turned into 6:30pm and when the tech finally came, he spent a total of 2 minutes looking at the fridge and told me I need a $300 dollar part. I refused to pay but he ordered it anyway and made the appt to come back 1 week later so I was out a fridge for t-day with no loaner, nothing. DH ran to Sears to buy a "loaner" for us but I still say Sears ruined out Thanksgiving. Week later, someone calls to confirm the installation appt but I didn't have the part so she cancelled it. The day of the appt, the part comes and they won't give me my appt back and tell me it will be a few more days. This is when I lost it. Wrote complaints on different complaint boards, googled some names at the corporate office and wrote them, and spoke to one idiot at my local service dispatch who told me that refridgerater repairs weren't considered to be "urgent" calls. When I asked him what he would do without a freezer or refridgerator and 2 kids to feed, he suggested we stock up on canned food and eat out. I was livid. Made more calls, wrote more e-mails and to make and in the end, got NOTHING for my trouble. When the tech finally came, it was obvious that the sent the most competent, and nicest person they had. I asked him if it was by luck that the sent him and he said no, they knew I was upset so they sent him since he was a manager or something. Anyway, after spending 3 hours installing whatever it was, he waited here for 30 minutes just to make sure the fridge was working and it wasn't. He went out to the truck and I watched him having a heated argument with someone. He came back in, flushed my freon and withing minutes, my fridge was working again. He gave me the max allowance for spoiled food, waived the $$ I supposedly owed for the part I didn't need and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Basically, what I'm trying to say is Good Luck to you. I got nowhere with them but hopefully you can find some recourse. Maybe a refund of the service agreement?
