I just realized something. I have a few Halloween Hefty ziplock bags hiding. If halloween goes to 75% later in the week, these might not get marked down because they need something to scan right?

I was surprised at Djinnmage answer too. I wasn't gonna even bother with it. I thought I maybe had a chance because one time I returned something and I didn't realize it voided the Kohl's Cash. DH went to redeem it and the register said it had already been redeemed. The head cashier looked it up and told him the date and time it was "redeemed". I'm not ticked at Kohl's at all. I actually felt bad for the CS woman because she kept apologizing for having me come out for nothing. I told her it wasn't her fault I couldn't find the darn thing and it wasn't her that told me to come in so but she still felt bad .

Candy was 50% here. At 9:30, there was TONS of it left. I was actually hoping to get some of the pretzel packs for DS's school snacks and they were all gone. Oh well. I bought a pack of Bounty napkins for $1.49 and I seem to have lost several boxes of hefty zip bags in the store. Oh well.

I called this morning to see if they could do that at my store and the cs ee told me to just bring in the receipt and they can track it so I did and the cs ee who was at the desk looked at me like I was crazy and told me there was no way they can do that. Kinda ticked me off but what are you gonna do.

For the past 2 years I've stocked up on fairly new releases for less than 5 bucks on BF. This year, I hope to do the same but I can't even think about what DVD's go on sale. Any speculation? DH, yes DH is hoping I can score a cheap Sleeping Beauty DVD for x-mas. Any other movies you can think of?

Good news! I bought to mm's yesterday and they both rang up as grocery with the new receipt. No beeping or anything.

Yay on the mm's. I found some last week but they still had the old receipt at that store. The story made sense but maybe it's still considered grocery. I want to cry now. So many things are getting listed that I would want and DS is laid out on the couch sick as a dog. Nicci, do you have the dpci for the Hulk game or just what game it is? DS wants those giant hulk hands but he may end up with a game instead. ginabarrett, what brand of can opener was it? I'm waiting for the B&D openstation to get marked down but we still need a manual opener for when the power goes out.

I did Sears last year. Dh wanted a tool set that came with a MIR for a free wrench set. I waited outside for about 15 minutes and there were about 50 people in front of me. The line was really calm. Doors opened, everyone scattered. I went downstairs to tools and the salespeople were lined up in the aisles waiting to help. I told one guy what I wanted, he found it, brought it to the register for me and wrote his name on a post-it. There were 4 registers open and me and 2 others were ready to check out and then the cc machines went down. It took them about 15 minutes to get them back online but people were still okay. By the time I paid and was leaving, about 1/2 of the tool sets were already gone among other things. Just as an FYI, the tool set I bought was available online for the same price but I didn't want to pay s&h. They were still available by the time I got home.

*sigh*, That's what I thought. I won't bother argueing the case. My kids LOVE new clothes and that's what we had just bought so there's a good chance they got into the bag and lost the "cash". Oh well. Thank you RLP!

Wow, I was at TRU the day of the tourny and it was a madhouse. About 20 kids trying to play each other. They were sold out of every last bakugan that day. The guy there told me it was such a success that they might do them every month or so.

I have a question for you princess! It's not BF related but maybe we could use a Kohls thread on it's own. I think I already know the answer to this but I earned Kohls cash last week. My receipt shows that it was activated. I don't know if I lost it, my kids did something with it or if I just never got it in the 1st place (I was distracted). Can it be replaced or am I just SOOL? TIA. And thanks for doing this thread again. It was very helpful last year.

I saw one of these yesterday. I want to say it was 50% off for $47.xx but I'm not positive. It was a really big one though.

I'm 99% sure that promo was in the late winter/Spring of last year. I remember thinking I should get bigger sizes because the kids wouldn't need the sweats until the following winter. I'm pretty sure it was Nov. of last year but don't quote me, I'm going crazy

I just found some the other day and they were still $.69. I really can't believe this has been going on for years. Every time I come home with them, DH just shakes his head in disbelief. Party favors still at 50% here. DS' party is on Sunday so I officially give up on them.
