    At this point just about anything is "too much" for my 11 yo who wants everything and cares for nothing. One year (last I think) she threw a fit on Christmas morning because she did not get what she wanted. This year I am not accepting lists and am downplaying expectations, no desire for a repeat of last years fiasco. She's a good kid, just no concept of the fact that budget only stretches so far.

    DVD's for my 9 yr old (girl, so princess anything will be about right) Portable DVD player for my 11 yo (saw the one in the Radio shack ad but 3.5 inch screen seems so tiny!
