  1. This isn't a case of the item in the wrong place or even really about the seat itself, its about how one person treats another. Yes, it rang up more than what was expected, the customer brings the manager (front end) back to see, it is clearly marked on a store display as that and its also obvious, its the same seat as displayed. A Target employee made an error in placement of the tag, it happens and what should of been done, is a BIG sorry, I see what you are talking about but I am sorry, we can't honor that price. In reality, they should for this one person and change the display but this person was not going to do that. Being rude and obnoxious is not going to win you any brownie points but saying I am sorry, I do see what you are seeing but we can't honor that price (if that is the decision she is making as a manager LOL) and continuing on with the transaction is the appropriate action and one they are trained to do. We all see wrong tags at times, I even go scan or ask someone if that item is included in the sale or the right price. Heck, I even make errors in thinking the price is something and its not, it happens but to have someone stand there and tell you, your a liar and be absolutely rude about it, is very inappropriate and doesn't solve anything. I think talking with the store manager about your experience in a calm, straight forward manner is appropriate, if its happen to you, its happened to others and this needs to be addressed. Side note, I know our Walmart had Toilet seats for $5 (nice wood ones with white finish), I buy them all the time for rentals and replace ours about once a year.
  2. I think OOS or they have pulled it....
  3. I have thought that maybe they price things higher keeping in mind that their items hit clearance(seasonal items). I notice that their Christmas stuff is so much higher than it really should be like something that is marked $7.99 should be $4.99. When our Target came in like 4-5 years ago, they had very comparable prices to Walmart on things like Christmas items and the last few years I have noticed their prices abit higher than Walmart. They do have their regular merchandise priced very competitively to other stores but seasonal type items can be abit higher. Just a thought.
  4. I have that it hit 90% at our Target on the 21st and have the global bazaar on the 23rd (this was in our area)
  5. yes, he could've of confused it, not sure which was the global home items and he says he stocks the seasonal section, so don't know. I guess its always worth a shot on items that your interested in, might find a surprise with a bigger price redux than expected.
  6. Ok that explains it, I put one in my cart to ring up (I collect Barbies so thought these would make great pets for them) and scanned it at $3.24, geez, I put them back, don't want them that bad. I can buy a set of 4 with a Kelly doll for $10?
  7. Oh man, wish we had them here, Just got back and none to be found. Not sure if they had them and sold them or didn't get them in. Got stuff I didn't even know I needed. One little heart pan, lots of nice candy like Dove, Lindor etc for easter baskets, socks for daughter, cookie packs (100 cal ones), wrapping paper, tissue paper, Kelly dolls (these were in the barbie section). Got home and the kitty took his kitty toy right out of the bag, he knew exactly what it was LOL Now the kid checking me out said that some of the Global Bazaar stuff was ringin up 75% off so worth a shot to scan the items you might be interested in. I might go back in a couple of days.
  8. Ok heading out shortly (very late so not expecting much) would love to find cat treats (weird because I didn't notice those here???) and maybe cookie sheets (but definitely not holding my breath on that one either). We really just don't need anything so what we do get (if anything) will just be a bonus.
  9. Interesting this is in the sale paper since its sold out at most stores, they even clearanced the display for 30% more?
  10. Maybe someone will help you out and copy their instructions for you
  11. Our GB was 50% off and there were a fair amount of people in Target, no one in that section at all. I took a look around but nothing really sprung out at me (maybe 75% will entice me). So do you think 75% off V-day stuff on Monday....I am hoping there is some of the bakeware left.... Ours went 75% on Feb 18th and 90% on the 21st
  12. LOL, I will have at least 50 when I am done LOL I use Turbo Lister and since my items didn't sell that last time, they are still there so can just relaunch them Ugg, I would rather them to sell.....I am tired of looking at the stuff
  13. I think there should be a disclaimer that prints on the receipt if returns are not accepted. Also, I don't understand what going to salvage has to do with the item being returned, if you fall within the stated return date, it should be accepted back except for seasonal items that they have set a policy for. It sounds like some folks are dealing with cranky personnel LOL. I am so glad that the supervisor had her wits about her and took over and charge of the situation, I would go back and talk with the supervisor tomorrow or Monday and see what can be done with the Shutterfly. Reducing people to tears is really bad policy and I would be so upset with an employee if they did that to someone.
  14. Mine came too, in a huge box....LOL Its a pretty big carrier, I think a sheet cake would fit too.
  15. Just got my Lakeside Collection catalog and page 2 is Disney Tinkerbell fairies for $12, I am buying them for my daughter..... www.lakeside.com
  16. Yes, they look just like the picture, they are $10-15 boots, I wouldn't pay much more than that for them. They are like what Kmart, Walmart sells. My daughter hasn't tried them on yet, so don't know about fit.
  17. LOL I put the wicker table in my basket-$100 to ship it LOL
  18. Oh man, I just bought those boots for my daughter for $12.99....
  19. Were you suppose to go back in and get the giftcard, thats what it seems with the letter they posted?
  20. Can you dispute the CC bill since they sent 1 gb and you ordered 2 gb and than they didn't honor their "giftcard" offer?
  21. We bought my daughters at Walmart-junevile bedding, also in toys are lamps and string lights. Also keep checking Disneyshopping.com online, I found some great lanterns to hang in her room and also they have wallpaper borders and stickers that clearance out. Also at our Home Depot was a fan/light (hang in place of ceiling light) for $50
  22. I think we all understand your fustration but I guess I am missing what you asking? All stores have a return policy that specifies a set time frame for returns, if they didn't they would be getting items returned that are a year old or better. Its frustrating to have toys that are defective though from your email that you have displayed you only write about one (though the symbols are abit confusing) and they have waived their policy to allow you to return it, if you needed to do more returns, than you should of written that in one email so they could address it. Yes, I do understand kids not opening the gifts right away but its been over 5 weeks since Christmas and if you are worried about that aspect, than opening the toys and finding out if they work was probably what you needed to do. I don't expect stores to holdout indefinitely for me to decide if the toy is right, defective etc. I am sorry there was a problem and I have been there with defective items that couldn't be returned, I personally went to the manufacturer and they did take care of it.
  23. Yes that is so annoying, just show us the price already! LOL
  24. I typed in Pet Tags $3.95 and came up with a bunch of sites, this is one http://www.pettagger.com/
