If you have an outlet mall near you, check ther! We have o Ltd 2 at our mall, and they usually have really good deals. I get my DD alot of stuff from there.

Seems we have alot in common! My hubby is the manager for EB games here at the outlet mall. He was going to close so I could shop, but he just found out his assistant is getting promoted! Ugh!!

Yes, you are not the only one who has worked retail on BF. MAny of us have. I am fortunate enough to be a stay at home mom now, but I have done my time. Hubby is still doing his! We cope, and move on.

We used to do this as kids, but we got 25 gifts. On dec 1st, we got to open a gift, and one a day until christmas. They were always cheap things, like chapstick, or dollar store items. But we loved it. I wish I could afford to do it for my kids. My grandma did it for us. It was alawys the highlight of my day to get to open that gift!

I am in a predicament ere! Hubby had it all worked out at work. He was going to close so I could shop. Well, he got a call yesterday saying his assistant mgr is being promoted to his own store. Thats great and I'm happy for the guy, but this is a terrible time of year to do it! new mgr in one store, and another store short staffed. It is already mandatory that he work 6 days a week through the end of the year, so its not like he can cover the extra shifts! Ugh! So frustrating!!!

I have seen some at target, they were on an endcap, and they were 7.48 here. One was a book about tad, and i dont remember the other. they were both 1st grade level books.

My best was my engagement ring from Hbby. It was ina cracker jacks box!

KB sales usually run the Sun-SAt schedule, so I think you'll be ok. And the sales like this sometimes go until everything is gone! Thanks for the video game tip, I didnt even look at those!

I was in the mall yesterday, and I walked into KB. They had a buy one, get one half off orange sticker sale. Anything with an orange sticker counted. Lots of barbies, bratz, and other stuff. One big thing I noticed was Bratz Karaoke Machine, 49.99. So for 2 it would be 75.00.

Same here! But we do dinner at my grandmas on christmas eve, so they open lots of gifts there as well.

We go to my grandmas house for a big dinner and gifts in the evening. Hubby has to work until the mall closes. They do close early though. Normally we go to MIl's for christmas morning brunch, and my dads for dinner. This year we are not speaking to MIL, and my dad is in Florida. Looks like its going to be a qiut(er), more relaxed day for us! The kids will actually be able to play with theier toys!
