Depending on what the sales are. For a good computer deal I'm not opposed to getting in line around 9pm or so. Has to be a really good deal for me though. LOL

I would have planned my stradegy a little more detailed. I would have gotten in line much earlier (I got to CC @ 1am--guy that was 1st in line got there at 6pm Thurs night). I would also choose the location of the store a little more carefully (CC was across from FAU-Florida Atlantic University-- college kids everywhere holding places in line for everyone else). I had jeans, a tshirt and flip-flops on. So I think I next time I will at least take along some comfy tennies, and a windbreaker. Most important--I will take all day Friday off work!! After sitting in line all night, a little shopping, I had to work @ 9:30am.

The Boca Raton PD supervised our Circuit City line for a while. Seems someone was getting a little rowdy towards the front of the line. I stood in line for 5 hours for a disk cleaner (FAR), computer speakers (4.99 AR), and a bag of M&M's (99 cents, no rebate).

Same at our CC. We thought we were fairly close to the front, until 4am when employees came out to hand out the AOL agreement info. People showed up from everywhere. "Aunt Maggie's sister's cousin's brother's neighbor was holding our place in line." Whatever!! When we pointed this out to employees, they said they were looking into it. They didn't care. Ya know, I give those guys that work retail props for having to work days like today, but this was the rudest bunch I've ever seen. That's ok, Dell just got me as a customer. LOL

LOL, holy smoke! I'll never make it that long. Looks like I'm heading to bed, and then getting up bright and early.

Hmm, never heard of them letting only 50 or so people in. My suggestion, if you're going that early, dress comfortably (and warm, depending on where you are), bring a chair if you dont want to stand for the 3 hours. Me, personally, I'm bringing a chair in a bag, a book I've been trying to read for a month and never had the time, and a thermos of warm cider. And I'll be there in less than 24 hours. (I'm going to be at CC though, not WM)

I'll have wrapping paper for years!! Last year, I spent Christmas in Kansas City with family, and the day after my nephew took me to a "Cargo Largo". I got wrapping paper for 12 cents a roll. I came home with a trunk full. LOL I never could pass up a good bargin.

If I were guessing, I would say the $15 plan he's talking about is the "Bring your own access" plan. Say you have broadband (DSL, cable, etc) you can still get AOL for a cheaper rate, because you're not using their access numbers to dial up to. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Try doing a search for Walmart price matching or admatching. There are NUMEROUS threads about this. I'm sure you can find your answer there. Or, just call your walmart and ask them.
