  1. I don't do much outside. Just the porch. So here, in order, are: hallway, office, Living Room, LR, LR, LR, LR, kitchen, kitchen, kitchen, bathroom, bathroom (pano), porch. There are greenery and lights in the TV stand and under the A Frame shelf, but for some reason the dog is terrified of them. It was a long process to figure out which lights in the living room were chasing him outside but I think we are finally in a place he can stay inside and I can turn on my Christmas lights .
  2. I've had that in my wish list for a long time now. I saw the price drop, but couldn't swing it. If only it will drop again after I get Christmas paid off :).
  3. Remember, Monday is the shipping deadline. If you aren't going to be able to ship by then, please let me know. Also, please remember to post here when you receive your package, even if you are waiting to open.
  4. My gift shopping is done, but I'm WAY behind on my candy making. I just haven't been able to find my want to.
  5. Thank God it wasn’t worse! Praying for you to heal quickly. if there’s anything I can do to help with SS or anything else, let me know know.
  6. Walmart has this set for $50. I've used T-fal and they're decent quality (the ones I've had were hard anodized and I don't know anything about this ProGlide non stick surface on these, but I was happy with mine). https://www.walmart.com/ip/T-fal-Kitchen-Solutions-22pc-Cookware-Set-in-Black/5496735311?classType=VARIANT&athbdg=L1800
  7. That's awesome, congratulations!
  8. enjoy it!
  9. Even though it was unnecessary, we stuck to tradition and left the house at around 4:30am. We went to Academy first since they were the first open on our list. Target was close by and I was curious about a line so we drove over to see, and sure enough there was a pretty long line down the front of the building. We backtracked just a little to wait for B&BW to open and went in there. What I needed was body soap though and I was pretty sure they have a better sale on that coming up (they do, should be 2 weekends from now) so I didn't buy anything in there. Drove back by Target, and the long line outside was now a long line inside so we decided to wait. We went to Lowe's, Atwood's (regional store, kind of like Tractor Supply), and Walmart before driving BACK by Target, at which point we wished we had gone in with the Swifties. They were super packed. None of us needed anything from Target so we didn't bother. After breakfast at Denny's (another of our traditions), we went to Ollie's and the Hobby Lobby outlet store. In all of that, I only bought 4 things, LOL. I don't know if it's because we never did go in at Target, or because I didn't come home with much to show for the day, but I felt unsatisfied and like I had forgotten something for the rest of the day .
  10. Santa told me that if you want to go ahead and open the box, everything inside is wrapped :).
  11. Yep. I think I drove BY a Menard's once in Missouri. I pointed at it and said "Hey, that's that store!", but I've never been inside. And yet, I look at every item in their ad.
  12. I haven't seen anything from Academy. I went to their website, and apparently they are having issues. (Or it doesn't think I'm a human and so it won't let me in )
  13. That's a good price on the 27 gal totes if you need them.
  14. They've listed the Rayovac batteries as $10 off instead of a set price this year. That's interesting. The Energizers at HD might actually be a better deal.
  15. I was just telling my sister, it seems the more I buy the longer my list of still need gets! I try to keep the grands pretty even, and the grown up kids pretty even, in terms of # of gifts (they don't have to be exact, but close). When I look at the # of gifts I still need to buy, it feels like it should have been my starting #. LOL I envy those of you that wrap as you go. I just can't do it. Even though I keep lists, and would mark it off as I wrapped it, I would still be second guessing myself and unwrapping stuff to make sure it is what I think it is. So after all the shopping is done and all the candy is made and all the cookies are baked, I dedicate 1 day to nothing but wrapping. I hate wrapping, LOL, so my sisters come to help. We make cocoa and have a good day just hanging out together and doing my chore.
  16. Thank you! I honestly had not seen that. I've used other filters, but didn't realize I could filter out 3rd parties.

  19. Checked out with what I had saved in my list. I'm with others here in that I'm not scrolling through 5000 pages to see what's on sale, that probably isn't even being sold by Walmart. We will be there Friday, and if I see something in store that I think I need, I'll pick it up then :).
  20. Ordered a couple fillet tables for my boys. We talked about going to the store Friday, but it's farther out than anywhere else we shop so I decided to just let them bring them to me
  21. I think it means you can't include these items in your buy 3 get 3. You have to pay $40 for this bundle. But your buy 3 totals will qualify you to buy this. I'm not sure I said that right, but I know what I'm trying to say! LOL
  22. First tracking # is in! This would be a good time to remind you - PLEASE post here when you receive your package, even if you are not opening until Christmas. It keeps my spreadsheet happy :).
  23. I do this as well. And, when I put things in my wishlist I make a note on the item with the price it was when I added it. Amazon is bad about raising prices before putting items "on sale" for the same price it was a week ago.
