I love that sweater paper!

I bought the deer! I had told myself if they still had them after Christmas when they are half off, I could have one. And just for grins, I checked to see if they still had any, figuring they were sold out. They have ONE left at my local store. And it’s already marked half off! I’m gonna have to move a chair out of the living room next year, and my dog is going to HATE him. But I bought the deer!

Tracking update - All ornament exchanges have been received. YAY! We have 2 SS still out. I only have a tracking # for 1 of them, but I'm confident the other one has been shipped. The one I have a tracking # for is still working its way through the postal system. Fingers crossed both of these arrive before Christmas! I'll keep an eye on them.

I hope you had a wonderful birthday!

Santa came! And I am not one to wait. LOL. First, my ornaments. They could not be more perfect! I love them so much and I can't wait to dig into the cocoa packets you so thoughtfully included! From Santa, I've been all set up to pamper myself while I enjoy that cocoa. I got a tumbler, a relaxation mask, a scented candle, some bath salts and a bath fizzy, a bath soap, and some fuzzy socks for if I ever get out of the tub! Y'all have spoiled me, and I am so grateful. Thank you both so so much!

My cat used to sleep under the tree. She never messed with it, or knocked anything over like all the horror stories you hear. She just liked to curl up under there in her safe little cocoon. I used to wonder if SHE wondered why the tree wasn't there all year . -
I have heard from everyone that their packages have shipped or will be shipped soon. Now, hopefully USPS, UPS, and FedEx do their jobs correctly and there are no porch pirate issues this year! As always, please be sure to let me know when you receive your package, even if you aren't planning to open until Christmas.

Thank you so so much! -
I love B&BW candles. A few weeks ago, they had a pretty good sale and I had a 25% coupon which brought them down to candle sale prices. So I stocked up then to avoid the sale crowd :). I believe this coming weekend is the big body care sale, so I will go stock up on shower gel and pick up a few last minute gifts.

I don't do much outside. Just the porch. So here, in order, are: hallway, office, Living Room, LR, LR, LR, LR, kitchen, kitchen, kitchen, bathroom, bathroom (pano), porch. There are greenery and lights in the TV stand and under the A Frame shelf, but for some reason the dog is terrified of them. It was a long process to figure out which lights in the living room were chasing him outside but I think we are finally in a place he can stay inside and I can turn on my Christmas lights .

What are you most excited to have bought on sale so far?

I've had that in my wish list for a long time now. I saw the price drop, but couldn't swing it. If only it will drop again after I get Christmas paid off :). -
Remember, Monday is the shipping deadline. If you aren't going to be able to ship by then, please let me know. Also, please remember to post here when you receive your package, even if you are waiting to open.

My gift shopping is done, but I'm WAY behind on my candy making. I just haven't been able to find my want to. -
Thank God it wasn’t worse! Praying for you to heal quickly. if there’s anything I can do to help with SS or anything else, let me know know.

Walmart has this set for $50. I've used T-fal and they're decent quality (the ones I've had were hard anodized and I don't know anything about this ProGlide non stick surface on these, but I was happy with mine). https://www.walmart.com/ip/T-fal-Kitchen-Solutions-22pc-Cookware-Set-in-Black/5496735311?classType=VARIANT&athbdg=L1800

Even though it was unnecessary, we stuck to tradition and left the house at around 4:30am. We went to Academy first since they were the first open on our list. Target was close by and I was curious about a line so we drove over to see, and sure enough there was a pretty long line down the front of the building. We backtracked just a little to wait for B&BW to open and went in there. What I needed was body soap though and I was pretty sure they have a better sale on that coming up (they do, should be 2 weekends from now) so I didn't buy anything in there. Drove back by Target, and the long line outside was now a long line inside so we decided to wait. We went to Lowe's, Atwood's (regional store, kind of like Tractor Supply), and Walmart before driving BACK by Target, at which point we wished we had gone in with the Swifties. They were super packed. None of us needed anything from Target so we didn't bother. After breakfast at Denny's (another of our traditions), we went to Ollie's and the Hobby Lobby outlet store. In all of that, I only bought 4 things, LOL. I don't know if it's because we never did go in at Target, or because I didn't come home with much to show for the day, but I felt unsatisfied and like I had forgotten something for the rest of the day .

Santa told me that if you want to go ahead and open the box, everything inside is wrapped :).
-
Yep. I think I drove BY a Menard's once in Missouri. I pointed at it and said "Hey, that's that store!", but I've never been inside. And yet, I look at every item in their ad.
-
I haven't seen anything from Academy. I went to their website, and apparently they are having issues. (Or it doesn't think I'm a human and so it won't let me in )

That's a good price on the 27 gal totes if you need them. -
They've listed the Rayovac batteries as $10 off instead of a set price this year. That's interesting. The Energizers at HD might actually be a better deal.
