I gotta get the feet and hand warmers this yr. I never dress properly for the weather. Jeans and heels. I wore my mink the last two yrs and I it worked great. The only thing that froze were my feet. After the first store I put my coat in the trunk and I'm off.

Perimeter Perusing at Target (Target Clearance Deals) - 2007
angel-too replied to 1angelnhvn's topic in Offline Hot Deals
Are you using alkaline or lithium batteries? They recommend lithium. I bought a pack of rechargables so I always have another set ready to go. -
Yes, but some weren't sure about the 'hideable" items. THe '8' or '4' would definately help me decide.

...all you Target Clearance pros may already know this, but I've seen some say they weren't sure whether to wait for a lower price. Ends in 8...wait. Ends in 4...wont go no more! Prices Reveal When Merchandise Is Lowest It Will Go POSTED: 3:58 pm EDT July 9, 2007 UPDATED: 4:31 pm EDT July 9, 2007 Ever wonder if a sale price is the lowest it will go? Should you buy now or wait hoping the price will drop even more? Now you don't have to wonder anymore. According to insiders at Money Magazine, Target has a special coding system for its prices that you can use to your advantage. Target prices that end in an "8" -- like a nylon A/V case for $14.98 or a patio furniture set for $279.98 -- are not at their lowest. These prices will go even lower. So if you see an "8," wait to buy because you could save more money. Also at Target, if you see a price that ends in "4," be ready to buy because Money Magazine reports that's the lowest you'll see a price at Target. For example, a bug repellant candle for $5.94, Comet Cleaner for $.84, and hand soap for $2.54, according to reports, is the lowest the price will go at Target. So, stock up. The same "4" standard holds true for the lowest priced merchandise at a national office supply superstore. Gap and Radio Shack shoppers will find prices that end in "7" are on clearance. I'm usually home before noon. Put on my cozy cozy slippers, heat up leftovers then crash for a few hrs. Ahhhhhh..... I have to get my sleep schedule back in order from a long Thankgiving Day and no sleep that night, so I can be ready to decorate the house that weekend.

Will Black Friday Be Different This Year Then In Years Past???
angel-too replied to bigjimslade's topic in 2007
I think the age of electronics has forever changed BF. Its no longer just moms out at 4am for the hottest toy. It seems the BF ads arent even so much about toys anymore. But then again my daughter is older so I dont look for toys. The lines are starting earlier then ever. My daughter got in line at BB around midnight with about 100 ppl in front of her. We got the 22" monitor though!! YEAH! I love it. -
I think so, on the TV commercial it gives a code to enter for a free bag with your customized order. I didnt catch it.

Olevia 27" LCD HDTV - 527V @ Target - any thoughts?
angel-too replied to ruffian122's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
I have a 27" Olevia we bought at ABC Warehouse for 499 last year. I am very happy with it. Sound and picture are great. I agree with Marcster, dont know if its the same model but the remote is odd. On mine, the directional keys in the middle are not Vol. ^ and channel < >. They are smaller buttons near the top. The power button broke off on mine and believe it or not I found a universal remote at Walmart for $4.97 and it had an Olevia code! YAY. -
Anyone remember the promo code they state on the commercial for a free bag of customized M&M's? Thanks!!

Was at Walgreens today in MI. for the BOGO L'oreal line. Alot of the lipsticks were "last chance" priced at $2.59. One was the lip plumper reg. 9.99/2.59. Cashier let me use the $2.00 off circular coupon for the lipsticks. Paid .74 cents! and got one free! She also rescanned the coupon for the BOGO Age Perfect foudation. Love Walgreens!!!!!!!!!!!

I just need to make sure theres a hook up for a cable line.....I bought one from Target online that didnt have one but in that room I had a cable box and was able to hook it up. The room for this one just has a cable line. Does the HD tuner allow you to recieve High Definition? Would I recieve HD through a basic cable line? thanks:) OR should I just go with this one discussed in another thread for 100 bucks more with no hassle return from walmart??http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5359008&sourceid=28031585673066381425 -

I asked my 17 yr old daughter if she and her Boyfriend would wait at BB from 12-3am, then I would relieve them..she said no way!! I wanted the 22" monitor at BB but wasn't going to even try to attempt it knowing how early the lines started. She then tells me at 11:30 Th. G. nite, she wants to "visit" friends in line. I didnt think she'd be there long. She calls me at 2:30 for me to meet them etc. they were about 70 in line but growing ahead of them. I wasnt dressed for the line, so if she was staying, gave her money to try for the 22" or 19" monitor. Well she walked up, got a 19", asked about the 22" and there were about 10 left so she got one and put the 19 back. I couldn't believe she got one! I couldn't have "planned" it any better.

Well I had the one item I wanted at Meijer "hidden" but there were workers guarding each stack of doorbusters, they wouldnt let you touch them till 5. I waited near the register at about 4:55 to check out. The lady said come on thru, I said I dont think I can pay for this yet, she said we'll see and they rang up DB price. I was out at 5:01
-
Went to Meijer while my daughter was at BB, was supposed towait till 5am to check out but a cashier put me thru, no one in line. Waited at Target to open about 20 min. Was third in line at the register . Then went to Walmart at 6:30, they had all their doorbusters on the floor. A cashier approached me to check out. Was home in beddy by at 8:30!!!

I thought it was pretty organized, I got there at 6:30 and on my way to electronics, found the items I went for piled in the main aisles, and in abundance, there were many 32" LCD's and over 50 DVD recorder/VHS, tons of the 1g memory cards for $13.
