My wife got me (with my help, which is why I know): Nike Slingshot Irons Ping G2 fairway woods Nike Ignite 460 Driver I'm just getting back into golf. I played a lot in HS and college, but my clubs were junk so I just quit because of lack of money to buy anything worth using.

Oh...I could kick myself. They had at least 10 premium systems in stock.

I remember that deal. I didn't know if that guitar was any good, but if he's getting good use out of it, that's all that matters. Just wait a few years, and he'll be looking in the $300 minimum range.

I looked there yesterday, and they were Display only boxes. Can you take those to the desk to get one from stock, or is it just a place holder for when they get them in?

Check out www.craigslist.org and find the area closest to you. I've found good deals on guitar gear from locals, as well.

What about a gift card to www.musiciansfriend.com? $75 could get him a starter amp, and he could save for a guitar over the next year. It could also get him some good accessories (picks, strings, strap) or some lesson books or videos.

What's your budget / price range you are thinking of? Maybe something to keep him interested in the guitar: Fender Custom Shop Guitar Calendar Batman Begins (2-disc Special Edition)

The new Call of Duty: Big Red One is ~$50, and Call of Duty: Finest Hour is ~$20. I have COD: Finest Hour for Xbox, and it it really good. I'm guessing the person was asking for the newer game, though, since Finest Hour has been out for a while.

It could be any of these games (which all have a series of games). Brothers in Arms Call of Duty Medal of Honor

Do you have a Hobby Lobby in your area? All candles were 50% off when we went in yesterday. http://www.hobbylobby.com/site3/weekly/specials/2005week52.jpg

I've thought of that, but it's not quite as convenient of a size to just throw in my pocket.

I lost it about 2 months ago. The last time I used it was to send my resume for my new job. Thanks...the 2GB price range is probably not realistic, but there could always be another great rebate available sometime.

I've finally given up hope on finding my missing 512mb thumb drive. Can anyone find something in the $30-$40 range for 1gb or $50-$70 range for 2gb? Thanks for the help.

Have you checked the listings at www.craigslist.org and www.hemmings.com?

I read your name as Brent Butt (Canandian comdian). :) You do have to activate Tivo service at the $12.95/month rate (or Tivo plus) for at least 30 days to qualify for the $150 rebate. You must agree to one year of service, as well.

First, you can request an American contact if you are having a hard time understanding them, and they will transfer you to the US call center. Second, keep complaining to Dell. They will usually hook you up with a nice discount coupon that you can use on future purchases.

C11-Giftguide still works. Don't copy C11-Giftcard from the first post, as that is not the correct code. I used the C11-giftguide one today.

In that case, stick with Newegg or ZipZoomFly, because they won't charge the tax. BB, CC, and Outpost will, I believe.
-
Try this: Print out the Outpost/Fry's page, and see if Circuit City will pricematch. Since they do PM +10%, that should be your best price. Also, if you see a better price from CC or any other place within 30 days, they'll match that. With post-Christmas sales coming, that might be the way to go.
