The main reason the hackable ones are nice is that you can increase the antenna strength. I've gone from 2 to one WRT54G in my office building because of using the HyperWRT software and increasing the antenna signal strenght. Linksys has the antenna set at something like 25% of their capability with their software and you can't change it.

To qualify for the for protection the seller has to be "verified" and your shipping address needs to be confirmed.

Since you have already won the auction you are obligated to pay, regardless. If there was anything unclear in the auction description it should have been asked before bidding was completed. However, if anything was unclear I would ask before paying. Otherwise use paypal and make sure that you have the "buyer protection" on that payment.

I was just going to ask that. We had American Family for a long time, but now AAA is a better price with better coverage for us. We have renters and auto through AAA.

I only need 2 50' runs right now (Monday), so I think I'll sacrifice a couple of patch cables and then order when they have it back in stock. Thanks for the help.

It looks like it's computer geeks that's selling on Amazon so it may not be in stock either.

Got a link? I already have a crimper and tester, but you can always use extra ends.

I guess 500' would be fine as well, I just typically buy a 1000' box. Newegg is $65 shipped for 1000', so if nothing else I'll get it from them.

I need another spool of CAT 5 for wiring a couple of rooms at work. Show me the best price you can find! Thanks.

Circuit City has the Canon A610 for $210. That is probably the best quality you can get in the $200 range. As said by the others, avoid Kodak, especially in that price range. It may be ok initially, but the image quality won't last very long and you'll soon be looking for something different. http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Canon-PowerShot-A610-Digital-Camera/sem/rpsm/oid/135086/catOid/-13062/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do

Do you have an Entertainment coupon book? I believe ours has Chili's coupons in it. Check the coupon section in your Yellow Pages, too.

Yes it would be. My wife would use it for working from home and I would be doing web design and remote management with it. I'd also like to use it for some gaming away from home. Starting this summer I'm going to start getting some training on an internal database program we use so I'll be flying to Charlotte, NC a few times before the end of the year.

Excellent deal. Again, if anyone is selling the LCD for a decent price, I'd be interested in possibly buying it. As for building something like that: Case - $50 shipped AIO Motherboard - $40 Processor $55 RAM - $50 Hard Drive - $90 LCD - $150 Windows XP Home - $85 DVD Burner - $45 Keyboard / Mouse - $20 Speakers - $25 Those are estimates, but it really adds up. Where it becomes worth it to build your own is for the higher end parts that Dell would probably only put in their XPS line. I like to build my own because upgrading becomes very easy in the future. People ask how old my computer is, and I have to say "what part?" It's anywhere from 2 years to 1 week old at this point.

Creative Zen Nano Plus 1GB - $64.95 AR - ZipZoomFly
mrn8 replied to mrn8's topic in Online Hot Deals
A bunch of people here just ordered the Nano Plus, so you could ask in the other thread what they think of it. I have the 512mb MuVo TX FM and it's great. Good battery life, removeable drive to snap into the USB port for drag-and-drop file transfer, excellent sound, easy to use while excersizing. It's probably the same user interface on both, so you probably can't go wrong either way. -

netflix or blockbuster for online rental?
mrn8 replied to kyndig1's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
We've had the same experience. We probably only go through 10-12 DVDs per month, so I don't think we are in the high volume users.
