  1. The toner is just about $50 for a 3000 page yield cartridge. Of course, if you refill, it's much cheaper. You can refill the starter toner 2 or 3 times before having to buy another, since the drums eventually wear out.
  2. Did you buy yours yet? It's good to see the prices falling, but we are waiting until we buy a house to replace our 25" CRT TV.
  3. I wish I could offer the $210 and $220 cameras as options, but he's resolute on the $200 price and nothing higher. For a small price difference, there's a lot better cameras available.
  4. I just signed up a little over a week ago for 15 months at $199 + free phones. hopefully I can sell the phone for enough to make up the difference.
  5. Can't beat that price for a decent laser printer. I use mine all the time and have had no problems with it at all.
  6. Right now I can find a Canon A530, Case, 4AA rechargeables, and a 512mb SD card for under $200 at Amazon.com. Not sure if all the accessories are going to be necessary, but if anyone can find something better, I'd appreciate it. Nikon, Sony, Olympus are brands I'd also be willing to go with.
  7. A friend of mine is looking for a digital camera for $200 or less. I'd like to find him a Canon A6** series for that price range, if possible. Let me know what you can find or feel free to recommend something else. Kodak and HP will NOT be considered, so don't waste your time on any of those.
  8. FATHER'S DAY GIFT ALERT: Band of Brothers is only $45 after code with this sale!
  9. I actually have one sitting around at home, but I don't like the additional piece hanging off the side. If I buy a personal laptop it will have internal BT.
  10. I use mine with my Razr and with my Axim, so it works with multiple devices. Not BT on my laptop, unfortunately.
  11. No, just connect via bluetooth and Skype will use the headset automatically.
  12. I use the wired headset for my laptop, not the Axim. At least on the X30 you could do a mic in.
  13. I've used it for skype on my Axim and the quality was decent. Not quite as good as a wired headset, but more like a cell-phone with average reception.
  14. Get it. :) I use an HS820 and when my wife's phone is upgraded we'll get her one, too. I've literally had my headset and phone connected while I was in our kitchen and the car was on the street. The call quality was still decent at that range.
  15. Beautiful, thanks!
  16. This would usually kill my productivity for the day, but it's been a long time since there's been a good woot-off.
  17. I charge mine about once every 7-10 days. Just dock it overnight and you are good to go. You don't have to replace the batteries.
  18. Sweet remote. If you've got a comlicated entertainment center, it's worth every penny.
  19. Looks good. My current enclosure fried the drive that was in it because the little 40mm fan spun so slow it didn't help. I wish that one you posted had USB 2.0 and Firewire, though.
  20. 160GB LaCie for $110 shipped: Link I'll post more if I come across them today. It seems that I've seen better deals lately.

  22. You are missing referal bonus' for one thing. For the past few years I've been able to get 2-3 referals per year. To make of that $20-$30 I make, you'd have to have $5000 or more in savings for that 4 tenths of a percent to even break even. I'm not telling you to switch your savings, I'm just saying that a savings account that offers you 4.25% + a $10 bonus for referals is still very good.
  23. Many members here use ING direct and they are an excellent place to save. Find a local bank for me that can offer 4.25% saving. Not going to happen.
  24. I agree with everything you said, except Sears has a horrible reputation for their tire installations. I'd avoid them if possible. Check out local garage / gas stations, a lot of times they have great prices on tires and their installation prices are lower than anyone else. There's a guy in my town that will mount & balance the tires I get from tirerack.com for only $8 each. Here's the tire listing sorted by price from Tirerack.com (starts at $30 each): Link
  25. Sorry, you'll have to ask the school nurse if you can borrow hers.
