I just got the Walmart November toyland ad. It is 2 pages of rollbacks, some are pretty good deals. These were marked down in my store a couple of days ago, but if anyone wants the items, let me know.

What do you wear while waiting in line BF? (threads merged)
amyers12345 replied to jellybean051901's topic in 2006
I guess only us country girls like to wear our carhartt bibs and coat... around here that's considered really cute.. which is good if there is a group of guys up front.. leave my husband in the back of the line and cozy up to them. Hey, I'll do almost anything for a $30 game boy! JUST KIDDING! -
debit cards, and my own self-made fortune.. I have 10 Tickle me Elmos that i'll list to end on BF.
-
nope... hope i never have to! I spend too much time and $$ in there as it is.
-
Until last year ours closed at 10. We got there last year prepared to stand out and freeze, and they had never closed. You might check this year before you go!
-
If the small one isn't a Super-Walmart, and it's in a smaller town, I'd go there... we have that tiny one, but it's quite a ways away, and close to NOTHING else. Last year we went there on Saturday, and they still had even the CP dolls.

where did you get your ad? do you work there or did you get it in the mail?

We got a 20" Symphonic 5 years ago for my son (then 2). The entertainment center collapsed, and it has been knocked over and beaten up on for 5 years and is still running strong. It is a little outdated, no a/v inputs, which is too many plugs w/ xbox and gamecube, so we'll definitely buy another this year. And I don't know how they're handled any differently. Like I stated in earlier posts, our walmart hands out tickets, then you pay, and drive around to lawn and garden and it gets loaded for you, so no BF damage.

mine always goes, secretly has fun, then gripes for the next 363 days before begging to go again. Gotta love him. He's very tall, thin, and abnormally strong. GREAT ASSET

Do you use your Christmas bonuses strictly for BF?
amyers12345 replied to reportermomof3's topic in 2006
Quit griping.. I don't even get my own paychecks!! (stay at home mom, Full time student) I do teach Kindergarden.. on a volunteer basis! (actually, I paid about $700 to do it (not including babysitting, gas, and other expenses).. part of my schooling -
Many, Many Monsters. Crap, I forgot I had a husband!!

I'm not sure on the zebra.. the boxes looked kinda small for that.. and yes, the learning desk was the laugh & learn. And I try to go to Wal-mart once a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less. it always seems like you forget the most important thing.
-
At our Wal-mart, after 10 pm, they move tons of stuff into the aisles. Tonight I saw a bunch of toys and tools that i couldn't find anywhere else. The boxes weren't marked blitz. There is also nowhere to put these. Tons of Pixar Cars shake and giggle chairs.. similar to the elmo. There were a bunch of small power wheels, and some kind of large FP Zebra with DVD. And some kind of FP learning toy/desk. You're damn right I opened 'em!

OOS: Disney Princess TV 13in Home Depot $44
amyers12345 replied to Stowasser's topic in Online Hot Deals
I do have it.. My scanner is down though.. I could try to send you a digital pic of it... And I just got off the phone w/ my Sears appliance center.. they do not carry it, but will order it for me. He couldn't find the DVD player on the Sears website, but I did, so i'm gonna take it in. He about croaked when I told him how much my ad was. -
Great advice! I had never thought of going the night before. Until last year, our supercenter closed while they were stocking. Do they get the stuff out there that early?

We buy for immediate and some extended family. My dad only has one brother, and that side of the family has jumped from 12 to 25 in the last 3 years.. (growing at approx 1 SO and 2-3 babies per year) Now that us 6 grandkids are old enough to buy gifts, they set a $5 limit and draw names. I was appalled at the $5 until I figured out that if you look hard enough, you can get something really nice for that. We all chip in and buy something for grandma and grandpa (who are loaded and beg for nothing). Then on my mom's side we buy for 7, my immediate is 5, and his immediate is 10. Plus ourselves and the kids, mailman, teachers, neighbors, etc. Total= approx 35!

Joann's coupons plainly state at the bottom "not to be used for Cricut". I know, I've tried this!!

I have not been able to sleep the past 2 nights because I'm dreaming about BF. I cannot remember what is in the dreams, just that I'm actually there! I think I need an intervention!! (i'm probably in the wrong place to get that)
