I wrote to the management of the Rainforest Cafe when the 6$ cruddy waterbottles the kids got melted in (not on) the dishwasher. there was nothing on them saying not to dishwash... And they were pretty cool - but had been filled with slushy, so there was sticky syrup everywhere! So I wrote. The district took a week or so to get in touch with me, by mail, and they asked me to call. They wanted more contact info than I had provided to them, they forwarded it to the store manager who called me. They sent out replacement bottles... It took a while, for the letter to pass along the appropriate chains, but there was a response. Do not assume there will be no response.

heee heee, that is soooo funny,... a few weeks ago they were offering a deal, it was a 5$ off if you paid with your mastercard deal.. the item also had free shipping... when I was set to check out I noticed that the item was free, but the coupon would cost 1.95 to ship?!?!?!? I called India and also dealt with the no clue people.... why would they ship a coupon I've already redeemed?????

dh did this one year. I told him he'd ruined his present and was getting nothing. Made him wait till Xmas morning when one appeared at his dads house. We have a deal in the house, no buying yourself things from NoV25-Xmas.
