That is a great idea. Some of the things you might want to grab is more RAM for your laptop. RAM goes fast. Another idea is to set up an appt for a Personal Shopper if they have that free program at your BB.

BB will have tickets for only items that are limited in number. When the ad hits the net and then the papers you will see that some items are limited. The items that were limited last year was computers and TVs.

The way the tickets work is about an hour or so before the store opens BB employs will come out and they will start at the front of the line. One employ will say something like "149 emachine" and he/she will go down the line until he/she runs out of tickets. They will only have the number of tickets of the product they have in the store. So if they have 15 computers they will only pass out 15 tickets. They will do this for every ticketed item they are offering. Once you have a ticket the item is saved for you but you have to claim the item before 11am or 12 noon. The stores set the times when you must pick up by. If you want to see a sample of the ticket go to the first post in this subject and you will see one from last year.

I dont think 10 hours is extensive. I was first in line and about an hour later 20 people showed up. I was there for 10 hours and they were there for 8 or 9.

I have thought of this and my uncle who works for a major city in Texas said you will need a permit in most cities and the premission of the parking lot owner.

Limits are a good idea. Last year at the BB I was at in Frisco, Texas they checked DL's and enforced one per a house hold.

I got this email from BB about an private reward zone member event. Since I have my card mailed to my address in Texas it lists Dallas locations. I wanted to give everyone the heads up on this event so they can check there emails as well. This event in Dallas is on Oct 22, 2006 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Why dont you call your local paper and voice your concerns. Also you might want to call CC and tell the manager. Maybe he can do something as well. Just an idea.

In the Dallas, Texas area the convenience stores and hotels get the Dallas Morning News around 3am or so. The paper came to the house I was staying at around 5am. I remember last year that Best Buy posted there BF ad around 2am on there site.

Yes they have. Last year I think it was towards the end of of the ad. You might want to search the archives for last years ad or just wait for this years.

Netflix. Blockbuster is having soo many problems they are closing stores right and left to just keep there online rental site going.

Thanks everyone for the links and sites. Thanks for the site as well. I just got her the film Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna and we both enjoyed it alot. I liked the story line, acting and music. They have some musical numbers in the film that will remind you of the old MGM musicals of the 1930's on the way they are filmed.

That is why you have to get there at 8pm on Thursday night.

Last year the only rebates BB had for me was Norton System works. In Texas all of the computers were rebate free.
