Hubbys Christmas bonus doesnt come until right before Christmas, so we use his "saftey bonus" Its a pretty nice amt. that comes the week before Thanksgiving if they dont have a wreck or on site accident etc. Thats what I use to BF shop with. :) Julie

Yeah, thats what I got. Ink isnt that bad... I mean sure, I pay close to what I paid for the whole thing but dang, I did get it on sale. LOL Seriously, I've gotten a few ink cartridges for it and I dont think I've paid over 20.00 for them. (I think at wally world they are 18 or something for b&w, which is what I mostly use) Julie

I was checking back from when I posted about the Lexmark all in one printer went on sale at Wal Mart early. I heard some negs about the price of ink and it not being worth it, etc. Just wondering who all got that and who loves theirs still? 1st off, the ink is not that expensive IMO. I think we pay 20 for ink. I use mine for everything and it works great still almost a full year later. Soooo if you were here last year and got the deal on the Lexmark, do you still love yours?? We stay home now (use to go to MILs house but not anymore), I cook turkey, stuffing, potatoes, etc. (the normals) and then I start resting for the next morning. Julie

I dont eat until after I've hit most of the stores. I'd be afraid between the shaking from freezing and running I'd barf it all back up. LOL Julie

I waited in line early, while my mom waited in my van to stay warm. She came up before they opened and we both got a GC. I used mine to buy the Foot spa they had on sale and she used hers to buy my daughter a PJ set. :) Julie

Hey everyone!! Having a 1 year old, I just really got into the whole BF thing last year and LOVED this site! I posted a few times and now I'm back again for this years round!! Now that she's almost 2 1/2 I'm already starting my gotta have list for her and waiting for the ads to start leaking out. :) Its great to see everyone again and seeing new faces also!

You know the thought of an "oops I so didnt mean to run your foot over with my cart" did cross my mind.....

My Wal*Mart experience was good also. My mom and I left at 4am. Debated on going to the next town (10 miles) to the SuperCenter or staying in our town and going to the smaller one. We stayed in town because there was only about 10 people in line and I wasnt after the laptops or anything. I was the first person to reach the care bears (and got the 5 I needed) and the first to the CP newborns. (and only took 1) I"m sure it was alittle crazy over at the electronics but I wasnt near it so I dont know how nuts the people went. LOL most of the people in line knew each other (its a REALLY small town) so its kind of hard to push and shove/beat up etc your old high school counselor. LOL

I'm up!!! I was worried... between getting up early yesterday, cooking all morning, eating all that turkey...etc I was afraid I'd sleep in but I set 2 alarms and left my cell phone alarm on and right next to my head. Lexmark X1185 is what I got! I just got it so I'm not sure how well it works but I know it DOES include a black AND a color cartridge. :) I'll let you know how it works. Julie

Its in the ad for 39 ish dollars on BF but I got mine tonight for that price. (same model number) So at least here, in Illinois, they are already at the ad price. Just in case anyone else was wanting one... Check and see if your Wal Mart is doing it now also. :) Julie

Ok, so I'm new to BF.. Last year I wanted to go but my husband had to work so I stayed home with our 6 month old, this year he took off work to stay with her and I'm going. So I have a question about best buy. The best buy here gets crazy on BF. I'd rather stay out of the line of fire when they first open but I'm on the hunt for a TV for him for his game room this year. I'm wanting to get the Insignia 20" TV for 58.99 since I have best buy bucks left I'll get it even cheaper. I also need to be at Wal Mart when they start so I can get quite a few of their items that I'm after for my daughter and for my dh. Since most of you are veterans at this BF thing, in your opinion do you think I'm safe to do Wal Mart then jet over to BB or is this TV going to be something that flys off the shelves (or ends up where BB only has 2 or 3 of them to sell)?
