  1. In case anyone is a scrapper (do they still say that?), teacher or a "has to have very gadget" person like me - I saw the Sizzix sidekick and die cuts at 50% off at 2 of my Targets. DD10 and DD7 love to use the sidekick for crafts and wrapping gifts. They use scrap paper or inexpensive construction paper and they look great. Waiting for 75% here.....
  2. Found a few 75% off things today that I haven't seen posted yet, so I thought I'd share. 086002045 Deluxe Magic set - down to $5 204000712 Lego Mosaic set #6162 - down to $2.48 087100500 Disney Scene It - down to $8.74 086020489 Betty Spaghetty sets (thought they were long gone!) - down to $5 070030015 Table Mate II (as seen on TV deal) - down to $7.48 081040198 Finding Nemo Crayola chalk set - down to $2 087101024 Sponge Bob Life game - down to $5 087101353 Sponge Bob Monopoly - down to $7.24 087000137 travel Sequence game - down to $2.48 087020558 Pixel Chix house - down to $8.74 087020324 electronic hangman game - down to $2.48 087070777 Hot wheels speed gun - down to $6.24 This was 4 Target's worth.... :)
  3. Went for one thing and came out with 2 carts full - how does that happen?!? :)
  4. The Crayola sidewalk chalk paint was 50% and accessories were 30% off today. Nothing else new and exciting.
  5. Aside from and the clearance deals and the times when you can get a 30% off coupon, I think most of the prices are adjusted to be the same throughout the year, regardless of the sale.
  6. Oooh - someone else from my area - I'm excited! Which stores do you frequent?
  7. I did receive it - but no coupon to be found!
  8. This is perfect timing! I was going to use my 10% off coupon on a spree today, but now I'll wait until I get that coupon too. I need to get some big ticket items (well, a DS and some games among other things), so I can probably hit up my neighbors for their coupons and split up my purchases! Thanks for sharing!
  9. I have to share this with my Target friends here - I was interviewed for our local newspaper as I was checking out our newest shopping center. They asked me quite a lot of questions, but here's what was in the paper -- "she's really excited about Target opening July 29"! So true!!
  10. My dd loves hers. It was a hand me down from my bed - we got a new mattress and didn't need the extra cush anymore. Since it went from King to Queen, I cut the extra foam off with an electric carving knife to fit. Worked fine! Used the cuttings to make pilliows, too. If the price is right, then cutting the larger size may be an option!
  11. I've always found the best deals at my local library's used book store. Kid's paperbacks for a quarter, adult for 50 cents, etc. You may want to check and see if your area library has one.
  12. Thanks!! fyi - Make sure cookies are enabled or you only get a half price deal.
  13. I actually found the .69 juice boxes for the first time today, so there is hope for those who can't find them! :)
  14. Found FLY pen notebooks and Cranium games for 1/2 price today. They had both the small and large sizes notebooks - #'s 204040739 & 204040741. The games were in tins - all numbered 087101442. Some of the Wii accessories are 1/2 price, but I'm waiting for 75% since we don't really need them. Oh, and an Epson 8x10 print your own photo book was 75% off, $5 #080040189.
  15. Thanks! I only got 15% again.
  16. Not sure if this applies everywhere, but I tried to print at the kiosk the other day with no luck. At least I wanted to "add them" to my Target Visa like I used to do. An employee told me they no longer have access to the coupon deals in store....
  17. Did anyone else get the "clipless coupon" in the mail? It's an all in one, reusable card that they can scan for $ off particular items each month.
  18. I look at www.mousesavers.com and www.allearsnet.com for all my info. Good Luck!
  19. Decided to splurge on the Scooba at 50% off ($149) today. Had 10% off and $10 off, so for $125, I thought it was worth a try. The power washer was still only 30% off here - the number for it is 085-06-0106 Didn't see anything else new and exciting!
  20. The electronics section in my Target is being completely overhauled/redone. That's why the TV's are going on clearance, etc. They told me it will happen in the next week or 2, so I keep checking back to see how the markdowns are going. I have a feeling that when it happens things will just disappear overnight.
  21. I could not wait to get home to tell you guys about my amazing deal today! Remember those red 8 bottle wine fridges that were on clearance a while back? Well, today I found 2 in a Target I've never been to (had to get out of the house and decided to roam somewhere new). They scanned "item not found", so I asked one of the gals marking things down to scan it - it came up $5.04! Of course, she found this puzzling and asked a couple of other employees. After they discussed things (in very fast Spanish, so the only thing I really understood was the dreaded word "salvage"!), they told me to take it to the checkout area and see what happened. I thought this was a good plan, but I had a few other clearance area to check first. In toys, there was another employee marking things down (the FP3 still only 50% off) and she was nice enough to scan them for me and - get this - she put an actual clearance sticker on them for $2.52 each!! It really said "was $79.99, now $2.52" - might have to frame it. Could have kissed her! The guy at the checkout counter scanned them, saw the price, said "wow, that's a good deal" and that's it! I was ready to kiss him, too! I was worried that someone would stop me somewhere, but I checked out, stopped at Starbucks for a Frap and left with no problems. I was so excited/nervous that I was shaking the whole way though (probably a bad idea with the caffeine LOL!)! Oh, and I also got about 6 kids outfits (tops w/pants) for 50% off and exactly the stationary things I was looking for at 75% off. My total was less than the full price of one of the wine fridges!! You can bet I'll be adding that Target to my rounds!! :)
  22. ditto that for my store -- just sitting there in a big pile of software, usb memory sticks, etc.
  23. SO sorry!! Blockbuster sells lots of used DVD's - 4 for $20 for some
  24. Bought WAY too much stuff over the past couple of days, but we are set for crafts for the summer! I think I picked up one of everything that was 75% off. Got lots of gifts taken care of, too. I found Wii games at 50% off and decided to grab them. DD is getting the Wii for her bday, so these will be a nice add on. Here's the info: Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy - $25 207260010 Monster 4x4 w/steering wheel - $25 207260019 Happy Feet - $25 207260013 Chicken Little Ace in Action - $20 207260012 The Ant Bully - $15 207260030 They also had Barnyard, but I didn't pick it up. Found Fly Algebra for $8.79, so I'm taking the $17 one back! They had 3 left at the Santa Ana, CA store if anyone is in that area (they had wii games there too).
  25. I turned the overflow drain upside down so I could get a couple more inches of water in the tub that way and not lose the purpose of the drain (in case one of the kids forgets to turn the water off!). :)
