I use the WG and MFC all the time and is the cashier gets perplexed I tell them they have to price adjust the itm up by a few cents to make the coupon work... if they still don't get it I get the manager. soemtimes a hassel bt if it works out you are walking out of there paying less than a buck why not.

U dunno the stinless steel fryer has made it on to my list.... DH will love that.

I don't recall having any price difference. Maybe prices are subject to regional changes, what the market will bear and all that?

I can't see there being any really good deals on the 360- it's just too early for that. I think the stores really have their hands tied with that one.

I like to wrap. I am OBSESSED with finding the perfect balance of colors and patterns to put under the tree so it looks pefect. I never like the rubbermade organizer and it is a mess if it all is not kept straight so I made this organizer 2 years ago to keep is all together and keep it pretty. We lived in a medium apartment then so space was a commodity..... looks like the pic is not up loading oh well! Trying to upload that pic. Second try, see if that works????

Yankee came ou with 2 scents I really love this year. Autumn wreath- so fally lol I love it and I got a new flyer with a sample scent - Sparkling pine!!!! ( there is also sparkling cinnamon) I cant wait to put up the tree and start the sparkling pine candle!!!!

I LOVE the spreadsheet idea. I just took an excel course so I am dying to see what I can do with all that packed in knowledge!!!! Right now I pick up a little 3x3 or 4x4 prial notebook, use stickers to make tabs and give everyone I have to buy for a section. I tape the recipts to the back of each persons pages and that keeps me pretty well kept.( not as well as the spreadsheet though, WOW I think I may have to convert.) As or hiding them I don't have little ones running around the house. I just try to wrap as I go and usually hide a "surprise" gift under the pile under the tree.

I live in foxboro. I go up 495 to bellingham- seems more organized than North attleboro. From walmart i head 1 exit up to Target for their 6 am opening and then a mile away for K mart Kohls and Joann Fabric ( they sometime have good home decor stuff) then IF i need tru I can head back to the bellingham exit. Wrentham looked closed last year when I drove by depsite the rumor they were open, so if they look to be open this year at 12 midnight i may stop quickly on the way to Walmart. I honestly don't know what I am going to get, i have to see what the ad's bring ideally i would LOVE a laptop ( for purely selfish reasons)and practically speaking, a dvd player is needed, the one we have is on it's last leg and limping. Building 19 is always a possible treasure chest- I actually found the centerpeices for my wedding there 6 years ago- sterling silver hurricane lamps that i had engraved.!!! I think for me... if walmart is the first stop than 2am is the latest I can be there....it opens the earliest in our area so I think it kinda wins by default. This year I have a "timeline" for turkey day:smart: which ends as " desert and clean up by 8. In bed by 830." lol, last year i went to bed at 11 and could not splep and had to get up at 1- shop and then be at work for 10am. literally, I was in pain, never knew sleep deprivation could hurt like that. The other "bad factor" about not geting a few hours of shut eye? I dozed memnetarily behind the wheel:shock: ( total like 2 seconds- but that's 2 seconds too much) I promised I would never do that again, even if it meant forgoing the shopping.

It's not really an incentive, but last year the Walmart manager came out and gave us coofee/hot coco and donuts. He said hello to us ( like the 1st dozen in line) and really approached us all and told us he really appreciated us coming out and waiting to shop at his store. He promised to keep it organized and that he had spoken with the local law enforcement ( to prevent the stampedes) to make sure that those of us who had been freezing and waiting were treated fairly. it wasnt an incentive, but ya know, it hit a cord, and I am going back there this year, gift card or not, simply because he took the time.

Hey there, you are 1 town over from me!!!! So 1st off, dress warm,in layers. Go to Benny's and pick up some of those toe and hamd warmers too! Decide if you are heading to the NA cluster of stores or maye further up 495 and then GET THERE EARLY. I go up 495 because honestly seems to go more smoothly and I really never NEED anything at BB or CC so my friend and I hit wally world. the one up 495 seems to be a bit more organized, but depending on your needs and your familiarity with the area. I gotta agree, TRU doesn't seem nearly popular as it was. The layout of the store has change and it's very strange, not easy to navigate at all. I think if they don't start catering more to their demographic and make it a "fun" place again,( and I do remember the train section too!) then i think they maybe singing their swan song soon.

I actually found some really nice cute ones ast year at Home Goods( which is the same as TJ Maxx or Marshalls.) They are large and look like Santa.... try there, they always have cute stuff for good prices.

Last year I got the lexmark al in one at Walmart..... never a problem and literally the whole thing was cheaper than it's own ink catridges.... if WM does that again i have no probs just buying another instead of the ink! hehe

Absolutley!!!! The parade starts just as I am wrapping up breakfast and just before Hor Devours (sp?) go out! It's a perfect little " i have done some work- turkey is ineed I need a bit o relaxin" break.

Does anyone buy DB's, or sale items on BF and figure out later who to give the items to? Like last year I bought the Walmart CB's and wasn't till like april I used them. ( Gave them to a mom2b for her baby shower) DVDS? pretty much the same? Am I sick- just buyin becuz it is on sale? rather than know what I have to buy for who?
