This is the only one I could find with the cream cheese mix added. HTH. PUMPKIN FLUFF TORTE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST: 24 squares graham cracker, crushed 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 c. melted butter Mix together and press into greased 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Set aside. Cheese Layer: 3/4 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened Beat together and pour on crust. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool and refrigerate. PUMPKIN LAYER: 2 c. pumpkin 3 egg yolks 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon Cook in saucepan, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and starts to thicken (won't be too thick). Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. 1/4 c. water Dissolve gelatin in water and mix into pumpkin mixture. Cool in pan in the refrigerator. 1/4 c. sugar Beat until stiff. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour over cheese layer. Top with whipped cream and chopped walnuts. Cool in refrigerator until serving time

Ok, How about maybe getting one of these or a stuffed Grinch and making a lighted wreath using a premade evergreen wreath and decorating with lights and a few mylar wrapped mini presents and a bunch of poinsettias.

I start a day maybe 2 ahead. If I am making alot which looks like I will be this year it'll probably begin Tuesday evening. I think I am making potato salad, mashed potatoes, gravy, 4 or 5 pies, and a trifle. I think I am going to be cooking for about 25 ppl. Sil is making roasting hens, mil is making ham, sil's father is making a fried turkey. So whatever else is to be made looks like I am going to be the one making it all. So the list will probably grow.

You could buy one of those plastic giftbags and slide it inside to make the wrapping easier and top off with an oversized bow.

I am doing this for my kids also. When they were little I would buy strictly Disney but now that 2 are old enough to pick thier own I just let them decide. As far as the other 2 go I can still pick thiers.
