That's great, lews!! I went to Safeway tonight and nadda, no soup (microwaveable kind) at all. Figures. I'm not giving up though!!!

The Catalina's are good until the 27th, but usually they don't print out until the expiry date but they stop printing a week or two before (so it may be very soon!). DH should be home in a bit, then I'm going to Safeway. I'm always afraid of the cashier that is going to give me cr@p over this, but I hope not IF I find this at a good price that is.

Pam - I read on another board that the Albie's sale ends tonight on it? The only shelf tag said $3.19, I had all of the kids and it was BUSY in there, so I just said forget it. Supposedly Safeway has the microwaveable on sale through tonight as well, so that's why I'm going to try there as soon as DH gets home.

That's how a lot of advertising is done, during BF and other times as well. They put in adverts for stuff that isn't on "sale" necessarily and sometimes just the regular price, but they do it to gain customers if the item is popular, etc. :)
