I didn't read all of the OP, I find it difficult to read, sorry. But from what I gather, if you were indeed done wrong, I'd write Home Depot and/or call their corporate number. When I say write them, I mean send the letter to corporate, the local store AND the BBB. If they see it is CC'd to the BBB, they will probably act on it a bit faster.

I've never used it, but I am guessing somewhere in the user options/preferances of the program you are using - that it will have something about how you are allowed to view web pages. Maybe some sort of security level is too high or something. Just a guess though. I tried locating a help file on the program online but found nothing. Hopefully someone else will have a better idea. :)

Do you use Internet Explorer? This is something to check if so.. Go to Tools>Internet Options... and then click the Advanced tab on the window that has popped up. Scroll down and under Multimedia, make sure "Play animations in web pages" is checked. I can't think of anything else at the moment that would stop them from being animated, major brain f@rt at 3am.

We get ours from a tree farm and have them cut it for us. They run between $25-$100 depending on type and height. The one we are getting this year will probably be right around $30 as that is what I have a coupon for.

Stores going out of business run on a different protocol then regular stores. When going out of business, they usually start their sales at 10-15% off and then work to 75% in a few weeks. This is to try to make the most money while getting product out of the store. They don't want to give it away. Sorry!

They can't turn around and charge you full price when you AGREED and virtually signed for the $45 (or however much). That is such crap. Sorry but it is and they are full of it. That said, I checked my status and mine now says cancelled. Figures. I find a great use for this and MINE is cancelled.

Some may have gotten through accidentally and they were too late to cancel. Not sure why it happens but it does quite often with hot deals like this. Once they catch it, they seem to cancel as many as they can without a huge hassle.
