  1. I am right there with you. Some years if it weren't for my kids I would skip Christmas all together. Especially when I put up the tree cause alot of the ornaments on it are gifts from my mom. I have an ornament that I hang up for my dad - it was a gift I had gotten for him for Christmas one year - he passed away before I could give it to him. gosh, that was 16 years ago and I still cry when I put it on the tree. I do like to take out some of my mom's Christmas stuff and tell my kids (18 & 15) the story behind it. It does help a bit to remember happier times when I was a kid.
  2. is it this one? http://www.emailsanta.com/
  3. DD15 put up her small tree last week. Found some lights up in the attic and she hung them on the wall in her room. She sure has the spirit. me - nothing done

  11. with so many people emailing corporate about BF price adjusting - don't be surprised if all the TVs get pulled from the sales floor. I know both of my Targets currently do not have the TV in the BF ad on the sales floor right now.
  12. I know one year on turkey day - I had to get the ad from the service desk. None of the emps knew what was on sale - it was a madhouse. But this was one of the first year's they opened on turkey day.
  13. That's the fault of Apple, not Target. Apple regulates the price of their product and don't allow merchants to discount it. The only thing they can do is maybe add a gift card with it.
  14. wow I don't think the TV is worth standing in line for days for. I mean, how much is your time worth? Are you really saving money if you have to stand in line that long? That's just how I feel about it.
  15. call the Butterball hotline - they will tell you everything turkey http://www.butterball.com/tips-how-tos/turkey-experts/overview
  16. yeah what I want is cheaper at Best Buy right now.
  17. Do you not have a 24 hour Walmart where you live? I don't know what their Christmas Eve hours are though, but you might be able to pull that off.
  18. my kids 15 & 18 have asked for Beatles Rock Band cause they loooove the Beatles. I got them the collectible version.

  23. you'll also find yourself using that injector year round once you get the hang of it. I use mine even when I roast a chicken. But I will also use it to inject marinades into beef and pork as well. now I'm getting hungry!
  24. you can buy just the injector - but you'll find that it'll run you $5 to $10 depending on the store and the quality of the injector. I've seen them at Bed Bath & Beyond. Check any place that would sell a turkey fryer. You might even try Lowes or Home Depot.
