  1. IHOP has buy $25 get $5.00 and I think Texas Roadhouse does the same thing
  2. Michaels also has many little wooden things that can be painted. Some are like jewelry boxes or birdhouses. Then you could buy beards or sequins for making the keepsake boxes fancier. Glitter paint is fun too. They is also a type a paint that is safe for dishes. You could buy some inexpensive plates or cups from the dollar tree for her to paint.
  3. I went to Macys on Bf and could not use my coupons either. I felt sorry for the girl at the register trying to explain it to every customer who went through why the coupon would not work. (Some were not very nice and she was tryong to be polite) I asked her about it and she also wished they would either make the coupons work like Kohls coupons or just not use them.

    Kohls bucks

I used my Kohls cash today. I had the day off, so I was able to finish off a few more things from the list.
  5. Back to Basics has toy instruments too. The have a clarinet and a saxophone along with other instruments. My DD is 5 and has been playing with her guitar since she was 2 and has taken piano lessons for the last 2 years. She loves music and art. I keep a supply of paint, glitter, glue, stickers etc on hand. Since we go to the nursing home every month, her art work is distributed and appreciated by the people we visit. Little Tikes also has a set with the drum, and other instruments (at least they use to) You might want to check their website.
  6. Gamestop near me said they are getting 36 in on Monday, I am still debating on getting one.
  7. My DD20 was a real tomboy at that age too. We would get her things like a purple soccer ball and soccer goals, a radio controled car (I would try to find a girlish color) inline skates (heelys might be good now) a bike or skateboard. She had her girlie moments so for those she had an easy bake oven and craft sets. What is on her list??
  8. I love getting deals for my family, but I love spending time with them even more. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. I will go to the Thanksgiving sale a K-Mart but I'll be back home before anyone else is up. I can not imagine lining up already. I wish they had someone to spend the holiday with.
  9. Marcster, I am thinking of buying one for my DS. He is living in a new area, and has a tendency to call me to use mapquest if he is in the car lost:tongue1: I am not understanding all the technical talk on these. I want your honest opinion on the Garmin 260, and the Tomtom 125. I know there is about a $50 price difference, but is the differences between the two worth it? TIA
  10. I shop Kohls a lot and have never seen those toys there. KB Toys might be a better place to get them. I would go to your Kohls and check before BF.
  11. Samsung camera 2 (maybe still researching cameras) sheets towels rca mp3 player and accessories 2 nerf guns cupcake maker (save for dd's birthday?) crayola ultimate kit Barbie cruiser w/doll Barbie diamond castle dolls mens sleep pants I am also considering the digital frames, the garmin and the pixos The sad thing is I cannot get all of this budget wise so I am going to have to be very selective with my final list.

  14. DD5 is getting the Lmax, we got it from Target on clearance and bought games (not all Lmax for $8.00 a piece at KB Toys thanks to posters on GottaDeal.) I plan to pick up two more games on BF to save for her birthday in March. I would say buy the less expensive one.
  15. I have not gotten my card yet either or a 5 dollar certificate and I am sure I have earned at least one. I have not received an email for the special night either. If I don't hear from them soon I guess I'll call customer service.
  16. I have read a lot of the reviews on the different cameras and this one seems good . I was going to go to Radio Shack and get one of theirs and do the printer rebate, but now that I have seen the Walmart ad... I hope they have a good supply
  17. I was in the mall with my dad tonight and saw the sign said buy 3 get 2 free signiture collection I plan to go back in tomorrow
  18. Early Birds are sales that only last for a few hours and many are gone within minutes of the stores opening. If you want something like a TV be prepared to be in line many hours before the store opens.
  19. I have been trying to figure out the best prices on the little things like sd cards and flash drives. Is there a simple way for me to see just those items listed together or do I just need to hope I don't miss something. I think I have done reviews on every digital frame listed that is in my price range. But it took a while. What is your fastest method?? Any suggestions? Mods I did a search but there are so many threads now that I did not see this one, if its here just direct me thanks!!
  20. Last year during the big Christmas sale at Amazon this was less than 10.00 with free shipping.
  21. The secret santa one. For my son, his friends mom is going to wrap them for me so I am buying online and having them shipped free. I might have to do one more family one.
  22. Kohls has some nice pen and pencil sets on sale for $10.00 http://www.kohls.com and do a search for pens. They have a few to choose from. I like the turkey idea too or just a visa gift card.
  23. K-Mart is going to have the games on BF too B1G1 I think it works out a little bit cheaper.
  24. Kohls, Macys, Sears and JC Penny have them it their BF ads
