My DS 16 and DD19 have asked for clothes this year. DS wants UnderArmour so it will be a gift and he wants a North Carolina NCAA basketball shirt and shorts so those will be a gift too.(If I can find them) DD wants clothes to and the outfits she showed me were on the average $40 a piece so they too are gifts. DD4 loves to get clothes to but I do try to make them special.

If you have been taking your Polly Pocket coupons to K-Mart and they accept them count yourself lucky. I emailed corporate (Sears Holdings) asking about internet coupons. I go one day they take them the next day they don't. I thought well if corporate says yes then I can keep using them, and I'll print the letter. However, they politely said no they do not take internet generated coupons. This includes the $5.00 with their name on it for the 5 off of 20 Anyway if your K-Mart says yes, just hope they don't stop but if they say no they are follwing the rules. I gave one of the coupons to the cashier the other day, after they told me no (not her fault) and told her to go to Target. She said she would.

I would like to know that too. My DS got married a little over a month ago and they do not have bedroom furniture (mattress on the floor, dresser from the thrift store that needs serious repairs) I saw a set this week for $499 I am trying to get DIL's mom to split it with me

What is the recommended age on this toy it sounds so neat?

My DS is 16. He has not asked for much either. For you DS since he has an MP3 you could get Itunes card, maybe some videos about the different wars, rubik cube, a chin up bar (my ds loves his) mp3 accessories (pillow, speakers,etc) if he does not have a cell phone add him to your plan or get a prepaid one. Allow him so much time a month. If I think of somthing else I'll repost

Dear Santa Claus, I know you are very busy this time of year so I will not take up much of your time with my request. I am sure that you and your elves have been busy getting ready for Christmas Eve and your magical high tech sleigh ride. I am hoping that you will have room for one small additional geek type item. I would really appreciate a Logitech IO2 Digital Pen Writing System. The reasons I am asking for this gift are:1) I am a college student (you know how old I am)and this would really help. 2) I have always dreamed of writing a short story or a kids book so this would help me fulfill a dream. Lastly, 3)I could save money on all the memo pads I use to write list in!!. So Santa if there is room please bring the pen to my house when you visit us. Please tell Mrs. Claus hello for me too. Maybe when Black Friday comes they will see a difference in their profit line and that will make them listen. I don't think they will care until then. I will email again but does anybody believe they are hearing us at all??

If Sears has it they will do it. They were great about price matching stuff last year, you just have to know what they have to offer.

I would say let him come and enjoy it!! He may end up being the best shopping buddy you have in the years to come. I have taken my DD19 since she was 13 or 14 and she loves it. DS23 went for the first time last year and he asked off for BF this year. You can still buy for him with him there just be creative and if you use a cart have something to cover things up with and rule number one don't let him ask "Who is that for?"

Try to make sure you get a woman and use the coupons for The Limited you can spend 2-3 dollars but it will be the equivalent of $35. Just don't share the coupon with your co-workers. MY DIL was very impressed the other day when I used the coupons there, she asked me to print her some and I think she will soon join this site.

DD4 has a set of geo trax and she loves them too. It is not played with on a daily basis but at least every other week.

I am having the same situation. How much to spend on each person or at leaset look like I spent. My children (except the four year old) know that they get more because I bargin shop. It is harder to do that throughout the year with people you are just getting to know. DS20 has been married for a month, and DS23 is living with his GF. I have another son out of the house and three still live at home(1 of those in college) All that to say I understand and maybe if I can decide what I am going to do I can help but until then just know I do understand.

When I got hired I asked my employer if BF was considered a holiday. She wasn't sure but I convinced her it should be so we have the day off with pay. YEAH!!!!!

I saw some pretty red dishes in Kmart on the clearnace isle so you might find some in a kmart near you. Right now Kmart.com has 10 % off dinnerware and free shipping.

The umbrellas are on sale for 10, so I got 2 used the coupon and paid 5.00 plus tax. I had to edit since I thought it was funny that the previous poster did and said almost the same thing!!

I have been very unhappy with Walmart service lately too. I use to be in there a lot but no more. I find better deals other places thanks to the people on this board, why would I go somewhere just to be aggravated. I do still go but it is a last resort, I doubt I will even go for BF, their ad would have to be impressive, and since they don't want us to see it oh well.

Went today and got eighty dollars worth of their jewelry for 5 dollars. MIL likes their store. I am printing more coupons now. It will not work on clearance merchandise (at least that is what they said) Thanks OP
