I bought one from Wal-mart for my in-laws. After a few months it wasn't working right so after talking with their support and it still not working right Wal-Mart let me bring it back for a refund. I went to Sears and bought their low end one and it's worked for over a year. I didn't feel that they needed one with all the bells and whistles so it fits them just fine.

That sounds like me and my crew. We hit Wal-mart first and price match everything we can. Saves a lot of hassle going to other stores.

I've used this service several times. I've never been called by some unknown company and the business number I wanted was the only one they gave me. the only thing I didn't like was that they don't automatically connect you. You have to remember or write down the number.
