If you are doing their Skylander's promotion with your "R" rewards card check your account. My did not give me credit for every item I purchased. Also I bought the guide and it rang up on my rewards account as something else completely. I called and they sent my "case" to corporate so I am waiting to hear back. I spent $120 in stuff so I know I hit their $100 mark to get the free figurine. The promotion runs 10/30-12/24. I am sorry if this is in the wrong area I didn't know where it should go.

Was just told to get my $20 back because the Skylanders game is cheaper on BF. I am going to have to buy the one on BF and then come back another day to get my refund on the other game.

I have a stepson and every other year we only get him in Christmas Eve. So Santa makes a special trip so he can open gifts with us. That way we get him waking up here to presents. So as a thank you we put out extra cookies for Santa making that special trip for us. Just a thought! You could have Santa do that for while your staying at Grandmas. Then when you are back to your own place Santa can go back to his normal delivery day. It shouldn't be to much trouble for them to go along with it for you so your children can still have their traditions.

I've got another one lol.... I would like a job. Nothing major, just something that I can do while my kids are at school. No one wants to hire me because I've been a SAHM for 7yrs. I want to work but apparently lazy HS or college kids are more hire-able then me. I haven't sat on my butt I choose to take time off and raise my kids. My hubby says I should not worry about it and just continue doing the volunteer work that I do and raise our boys. But I want something for me kwim.

thats my favorite sandwich (i'm from IL though). I use the sandwich style pickles and add at least five to mine. It is good you should try it.

My thing with the 4gb vs the 250gb is they can't really save any progress on the 4gb one. As the 9yr gets only and plays other games he can't really save that much on there. The system is self takes 2gb to run. So later on you might have to add storage to it anyways. Just something to keep in mind. That is why I choose the 250gb one. I actually returned to Walmart and exchanged it. eta: should of read the rest of the posts on here....

Yeah there is no way I'd drop $20 on them

Only thing that sticks out from last year was the lady who brought her baby with barely any clothes on (in IL) and tried to let us at the head of the line cut in. We were out in from of TRU, I got there at 6:30pm and I was 10th in line. The cop made her leave with the baby. Then these two chicks just walked up and cut in from of the the people ahead of me. She tried to use the excuse that her friend who left at 7pm said she could stand there WTF???? Um she left she gets no say in who takes over her spot. The cop told her to leave or get arrest. She threw the worst hissy fit I have ever seen on BF. I can't believe she actually thought that excuse would work. The worst memory would be the fact that nothing is open from the time the stores are opening till 5am. Our only choice is Steak n Shake (burger joint) and last year it took us 30 mins to go through the drive thru. Even if their stuff is made to order that is ridiculous. All I wanted was coffee or something not burger and fries.

I have it bought for my boys. I recommend getting is sooner rather then later. It's going to be hard to find this year. Along with any of the characters. TRU had a b2g1 free sale a couple weeks ago on all the Skylander stuff. That is where I picked up all the currently out characters, how to book and game. Keep an eye there will be sales. I am waiting for Easter to get the characters that are not out yet.

The coupon says its valid for the Super Wow deals only. Those deals have a time on them. So it would be obvious that the coupon would too. JMHO

It might have said that. I got my new Charlaine Harris Book the day it was released in stores. Although I did have a prime membership and that might have helped with the shipping.

iPad 2 Keurig B60

This really isn't a "holiday" recipes but I get asked to bring these... Hot Wing Dip 2pk Philidelphia Cream Cheese 1 jar (12oz) Hooter's Hot Wing sauce (med or hot whatever you like) 1 lg can Chicken (or 2 small cans) 1 4cup pkg Moz Cheese Ranch Dressing (if you desire) Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a glass 9x13 dish Mix wing sauce and chicken in a bowl (chicken needs to be drained and chopped up by a fork) Pour sauce/chicken mix over cream cheese Drizzle Ranch dressing over if you want to add it. (amount is up to you) Top with Moz cheese Cook for 35 mins at 350 degreese When it is done cooking I pour it into a bowl while it is still hot and mix it up. I serve it with tortilla chips. I serve it warm but I guess that is up to you. Grandma's Cookies (I call them that because I use to make these with her) Cream together: 1 cup butter 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla Mix in another bowl: 2 cups flour 2 1/2 cups oatmeal Measure oatmeal and blend in a blender to a fine powder before mixing with flour. Blend powder mixture with butter mixture. DO NOT OVER MIX Then add: 12 oz chocolate chips 4 oz Hershey Bar (grated) 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional) Just blend together...DO NOT OVER MIX Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet Bake for 10 mins at 375 degrees Makes 56 cookies
