  1. I usually bid on the Movie night basket--Target usually has the cute popcorn cups on their $1 spot and micro popcorn and movie candy from Walmart and a couple of movies :) Occasionally a 2 liter, depending on the size of the basket they use :) My friend always bids on the "gardening" basket with the seeds and gloves and little implements and stuff like that.
  2. I just ordered both fluent blue and coastal Blue, but no luck on pink
  3. That's all I'd write if it weren't for checks to the kids' school. They don't take cards and I probably write 3-4 checks a week to them LOL
  4. I second walmart.com My daughter got hers from there and if you don't use many it's great. I ordered mine from Sam's Club, because I use more than she does
  5. Thank you-needed new pillows...the dog likes to chew on mine
  6. Calphalon Commercial 9 Piece hard anodized/lifetime warranty $169.99 at Amazon.com. I have several of these pans and LOVE them Clean Up is a breeze and they cook so well.
  7. Welcome back Pam!!!
  8. 1. Staples--they had what I needed at the best prices without the hassle of Best Buy. They also have the best system! 2. Wear Comfortable Shoes and take along your mp3 player. 3. Breakfast while you wait in line is always nice. Games and prizes are good too :)
  9. awesome! I'm attempting to get my DD awake so we can head out LOL
  10. I might grab a backpack, but I really don't need it, my kids are older. i want the electric pencil sharpener and the cadoozles pencils from staples, and the folders and rulers from office depot.
  11. I have never had a problem with it at the Staples in Hendersonville, TN. When I checked out Sunday, she was trying to give me more of them because I only had 20 and the limit was 25 for educators LOL The family in front of me had all 3 kids with them and they each got 2 plus the $1 pens and 2 of the kids had the paper and the cashier rang them up with a smile and was super sweet to them.
  12. Usually my DD. Last year she went with a friend and I went alone
  13. I don't wear make up, but my daughter makes me order it off QVC... She's very tight with her money, so that's probably the cheapest she could find. She only gets the sets, not the individual things.
  14. Thank you! pencils are a good start. My class went through all 25 packs I bought last year plus some.
  15. There is a Crocs Outlet store in Nashville. I checked the list and there's a store in Aurora, OH, too. I got a pair of Mary Janes for $14.99. Also, on the crocs site, they have some outlet pairs. Crocs Outlet
  16. My car is paid off this year, so I'll spend about what I planned last year and didn't have to spend LOL Last year wasn't a good Christmas for me. I got stiffed on a job that I was going to use to help with Christmas money.
  17. WooHoo! Thanks Brad! I have my list and I'm working on the money LOL
  18. I need a couple of GPS's, one good digital camera, two not so good (about $50-$75) digital cameras (nieces--one is pregnant), 2 laptops, 1 LCD 30ish inch tv, nice set of Calphalon pans. LOL That's pretty much my christmas shopping list. If I find it before Christmas, I will get it,
  19. I know--they started a "balanced" calendar for this year. Basically 2 weeks off in Spring and fall and longer Christmas Break.
  20. The crayons are out--CraZArt Brand is 20 cents (never heard of them-probably new name for RoseArt?) The Crayola markers 10 packs are $1, notebooks are 15cents, etc. I'm waiting for Staples ads. We go back to school on August 3rd.
  21. I just used it for the first time a few weeks ago. They were nice and prompt and even helped get the air conditioner into the cart :) Now when I went to return the air conditioner immediately after picking it up, customer service was a PITA lol. It was hot and I couldn't wait for it to come in so I'd bought another one in between LOL
  22. Put the money away for when they do catch up with it. Paperwork usually does eventually
  23. Walmart.com had a few cheap. I didn't realize sports equipment had gotten so high Soccer Ball 6 pack $39.98 (Size 5) http://i.walmartimages.com/i/p/00/72/04/53/06/0072045306914_215X215.jpg Volleyball $10 http://i.walmartimages.com/i/p/00/84/25/69/03/0084256903216_215X215.jpg $44.88 for a dozen. These look strange, but they are the right size LOL http://i.walmartimages.com/i/p/00/72/04/53/02/0072045302645_215X215.jpg
  24. I saw some Skull Candy's at Consumer Depot yesterday for $8
  25. If you have a Tuesday Morning near you, they have some cute nice stuff. I avoid Corelle. It explodes if it's dropped after it's been microwaved. That's what we have in our classroom and those little corelle slivers are a PITA to pick up. I like Stoneware--when it breaks, it breaks in bigger chunks.
