  3. Here is the PriceGrabber search that I did to find the low price: http://gottadeal.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=12128413/search=photoshop+elements
  4. The best I found so far is about $70 shipped for PSE 4.0. There is also a $20 upgrade rebate if you can show that you own one of the following: Adobe Photoshop ElementsAdobe Photoshop AlbumAdobe Photoshop LEAdobe PhotoDeluxeMcrosoft Digital Image Pro or SuiteMicrosoft Picture It!Jasc Paint Shop Pro, Studio, or Photo AlbumUlead Photo ImpactRoxio PhotoSuiteMagix Digital Photo Maker or PhotoStoryYou need a photocopy of the original CD or page from the owners manual.
  5. If you are just interested in photo editing and such, try Paint.Net http://www.getpaint.net It is actually very powerful for a free editor. You can also do quite a bit with Google free image manager/editor program: http://picasa.google.com If you can hold off on the Elements program, it often goes on sale for $30-$50 AR. I will see what else I can find for it though. Also, do you have any competing software right now? Sometimes that is required to get the best deal.
  6. That is often when I start... :)
  7. I try to be done no later than midnight on the 24th of December... :) I'm such a procrastinator.
  8. Just so you know... Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 is also out now: http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopelwin/
  9. I took a look and didn't find anything for this week. It does go on sale occasionally though. What do you need to do with it? Do you need that software specifically? Are you interested in trying a "free" solution?
  10. That is a good price, but the SD memory is a bit more expensive there. I can get a 1GB from NewEgg for only $17 shipped.
  11. Why do they think they are professional?
  12. Thanks, I see that now. Same camera is available from newegg for $177 shipped. Only a few dollars more.
  13. Hey all, My sister is having a baby soon, and my wife and I decided to get her a digital camera since she already has everything else that she needs for the baby. Right now, I'm looking at the Canon A530 from Buy.com for around $174 shipped. Can anyone find a better deal on that, or have something similar that they reccomend? Thanks
  14. I haven't had a console in quite some time, but I'm actually considering this one. I will have to see it in action before I make a final decision.
  15. I also suggest subscribing to threads that you want to follow up on, or that you want to watch. There is no way that I can keep up with all the stuff that I post here. :)
  16. I will hold on to an ad if there is something particular I'm after. Plus, it gives me something to go over while I'm in line. I don't normally write anything down though. I just come up with a "mental" plan. Normally I know the store well enough to plan a route through in my head. It has been a few years since I have gotten to experience BF since I was in Europe for 3 years. I hope that I still remember how to do it.
  17. No Problem. Glad to help.
  18. Is this what you are looking for? http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=45831
  19. Personally, I use a UPS, but to each his own.

  22. Man... what happened to haloween and thanksgiving?
  23. I think that embedded quotes tend to get out of hand quickly. Just my thought though. Very few will take the time to edit out previous quotes that aren't needed. As far as following the thread or conversation, that is done by the topic itself.
