Thanks :) We went tonight and got the last copy of Everybody Loves Raymond Season 2 at our WM. My DH was excited that it was only 13.72

My WM is at 75% today. I got a cart full of stuff for $45.00. My WM still has a ton of stuff left.

I just got back from my WM, and they still had a ton of stuff left. The signs all said 50% off when I got there, but I scanned an item and it was 75% off, as I was leaving they were changing the signs. I got a cart full of stuff for $45.00 and everything that I bought was on sale

What state are you in? All the targets that DH and I went to didn't have much of anything.

I would love to know when they are going 75%, because mine still has a ton of stuff.

I showed these dates to DH who used to be a manager at Target, and he said that it didn't look right, because Target tries to get their stuff out quickly (or at least used to.) He thought that by Monday (Jan 2) they would be 90% off. Can anyone comment on this?? Thanks

Just went to the Semi Annual Sale and got 116.00 worth of stuff for 55.91(including tax). I love their stuff, and was really excited because they had Coco Cabana stuff, and I love that scent, but they've done away with it.

Got lots of stuff from WM, Target and Lowes. Lowe's had all their Christmas stuff 75% off so it was really picked over, but we did find a few ornaments and an animated Winnie the Pooh.

My parents paper didn't have TRU or K-Mart in it, but it had BB.

Happy Birthday! My sister's birthday is the 31st, so she can feel your pain. This year to top it off, her best friend is getting married that day, so even more is taken away from her birthday.

I love their black raspberry vanilla. And I think that anything vanilla smells good. The have a Christmas vanilla, that my DH really likes so of course I had to get some.

I've been on many scavenger hunts to find gifts. It started with my parents. And my DH used a Scavenger hunt around the neighborhood where I grew up in, and a lot of my family lives, to propose to me. It was quite an experience. I think a scavenger hunt can be a lot of fun. Sorry I can't think of ideas of where to put clues, maybe put one in the refrigerator, bathroom, places outside (depending on the weather.) That reminds me, I was actually going to send my baby sister on one this year for her "BIG" gift (she is getting a luggage set from my parents, and I've been storing it at my house, and it's too big to wrap, so I'm leaving it in the back of our SUV.) I guess I should get to work on that one.

I had the same problem with a game I ordered for DH. I e-mailed them the day after it said it was suppose to ship, and then kept e-mailing them. I ended up getting the package upgraded to 2 day and the refunded my shipping charges. Keep e-mailing them, it does work.

It's not anywhere near as crazy as BF, at least it wasn't last year. DH and I start around 8am, and there is always tons of stuff. I guess it really depends on what you're looking for, as to how crazy it will be.

This is basically how my family wraps their gifts, especially if the person knows what they are getting. We also will use a roll of duct tape to seal the box, and then wrap it. My uncle started this and it has been a tradition since. :)

We usually keep our house 68-72 year round. Our furnace is electric, so we won't have an increased bill, so this year it will probably be the same.

Nope, DH and I only have a little 3 ft tree, because we don't have the space for a big tree, and I haven't messed with it. I've been too busy with everything else.

To my knowledge they always come out in the paper the day before. So I would think that they would come out in the Sunday paper, but I could be wrong.

Hey Elena, what part of Ohio are you from? My WM also seems to have a TON of gift sets.

My DH and I usually go to WM and Target. There might be a few more stores that we hit this year, it really just depends on the sales, and what we are looking for.
