My DH and I are on "vacation" right now. We usually take a long weekend and go to a bordering state, (we are from Ohio and are in PA right now) we use this time to finish up our Christmas shopping and just get away from everything. This works out really well, because my husband loves to shop, and we can have a great time without the stress of home and work.

Does anyone know anything about a Crockpot. My MIL says that she wants a new one for Christmas. I don't know anything about them, what sizes they come in etc. If you were buying a Crockpot for a lady in her mid 40's with 2 teenagers what size would you buy? Thanks

WM here was the best place, all the people were friendly and helpful. We had no problems and both DH and I were pleased with the experience.

If by Christmas Parties you mean gift exchanges, then DH and I go to 7 or 8 each Christmas. I think the dates are: Dec 17 Dec18 Dec 24 (x2) Dec 25 (x2) And at least 1 that I don't know the date of yet.

Yesterday we were at a WM who had 1 pallet of the $20 vacuums still shrink wrapped and there was 1 of those 1/2 full. Don't know about anything else because we just went there to try to find the Bewitched DVD. We had to go to 5 different places to find that DVD.

Does anyone know what TV Boxed Sets Target has? The Ad says a few but it also says other titles available. Anybody know? Thanks :)

Well, I went to WM at 4:00am this morning and was able to get: 4 care bears 2 cabbage patch newborns Uno Attack 2 of the 2 pack Fly Wheels 2 hot wheels race track things George Foreman (PM Target) Charlie and the Chocolate Factory DVD (PM Target) The Polar Express (PM CompUSA) Apollo 13 (PM Best Buy) Bambi (PM Meijer) Seinfeld Season 1 & 2 (PM CC) 1 of the 2 game packs and from Radio Shack 4 of the M&M Radios 1 of the iHome iPod speaker thing I think that's everything but I can't remember :)

We went to K-mart this morning at about 8 and there weren't many people there. We got all 4 DVD's we went after (Cinderella, Lilo & Stitch2, Alice in Wonderland and Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas.) Also bought 2 of the BOGO games and the Pepsi 2 liters that were on Sale (limit 4 but there were 2 of us so we got 8.) I was really surprised that there weren't very many people there, I would have thought more people would be there.

For those of you who have gone to Media Play on BF, do they usually have good sales?

Hello, I am trying to figure out what time I should go to my Super WM on BF. It was just built this year. We had a regular WM in the past and it was never really busy, even on BF. Do you think it might be different since it's a Super this year? Also it will be open all night. Any ideas as to what time I should be there?

sign up for the Wal-Mart ad? I've searched the WM website and I can't seem to find a place to sign up for the ads to be mailed to me. Where do I do this at? Thanks :)

My DH loves to shop more than I do. He has to work on BF, but we are going to hit WM before he goes to work. I'll be in line and he'll be off to work. He is really disappointed that he will have to miss it this year.

The only one of these that I have near me is Value City. So I would like to see that ad.

I always shop the after holidays sales. DH and I just got done shopping the after Halloween sales, he takes lots of candy to work for his co-workers, and we got most of it for 90% off. I also love getting the gift sets after Christmas, and anything else I think is neat or would make a good gift for someone the following year.

I went to my BBW on Wednesday of last week, and they didn't have the $5.00 shower gels sale, they have the Anti-Bac hand soap for $2.00 each after you bought $15.00 of stuff. Do you think that they have different sales at different stores? I was really wanting to get the $5.00 shower gels.

I am planning on PM everything that I find at other stores at WM so that I don't have to go anywhere else. DH and I are going to make a list with pictures of the items and go make sure our WM has the items so that we can know exactly what they have and don't have. I'll probably be PM some DVD's and some toys.

I just asked DH who used to be a manager for Target when he would get the BF ads, and he said it should be any time, and his guess is that it will be out by tuesday.

A friend of mine has a daughter who collects snow women. Has anybody seen any snow women? All I've been able to find are Snowmen. If you have seen any snow women, where did you see them? I think this is like searching for a needle in a haystack.
