Did anyone find any good deals on Christmas Trees last year on BF? I want one of the prelit ones, preferrably at least 7.5 feet, multicolored lights, and not one of those slim ones. I looked the day after Christmas too and they were all gone... on that note does anyone have a prelit tree and how long do they last? I'm one of those people who buys new lights every year so I don't have to untangle them or find the one that's out... what is everyone elses experience with them?

That's cool, my mom and I go together and we wait in lines early... I could never get my husband to go though... He'd pay the extra 30 bucks I save rather than stand in line for 2 hours......

I was there on Saturday, Penneys outlet is still there... we buy clothes there... you can find some stuff there cheap during the year don't know about the BF sales though

I wrap things for the people in my house that might be "found" if I don't wrap them.

Fairydustcrissy mentioned in another thread that Walmart told her today they are no longer price matching..... so many of us use that on BF that I was wondering if anyone else had heard this? I have a family member that works at Walmart and will try and get some info

What were the shipping costs like?

When you're waiting in line for 2 hours for something that they only have a few of (like at BestBuy) and you think you're like 8th in line... and then the people in front of you have friends join them just before the doors open that didn't want to get up that early..... so now you're like 15th in line (hmmmm I don't sound bitter do I?)!!!

One local radio station go to Best Buy early one year and got a parking spot right in front of the store. Now keep in mind that the parking lot gets so full that people have to park at a hotel next door and walk over. Anyway the guy from the radio station just stood in the parking lot (no car or anything) on his cell phone while he was on the air and he was broadcasting the reaction of people when he told them he was "just holding the spot for someone". Since we were up front we could see everyone that came by. Some people were pretty funny, some laughed, some got upset, some even made like they were going to run him over. I thougth for sure there was going to be a fight, don't know if it was funny but it sure was entertaining!!

We get them on Thanksgiving, though Walmart puts it out earlier in the mail or the Pennysaver. We don't get the paper delivered so I have to get up first thing in the morning or there aren't any left.

I do!! I don't usually even need anything really, but I'm so excited for BF that it's kind of like a warmup!! Up at 5am for those 2 liter bottles of coke for 49 cents is BF training!! LOL

Used to be KB 'cause it opened at 5, not sure what it'll be now, depends on the ads

Used to be in line at 430 when we had a KB.... now the earliest store opens at 6am, unless I want something at BB I can get in line at about 5
