  1. Not sure when the Dell deal expires, but I would hold off until you see this weekends local ads. Labor Day is usually a big sale time for retail.
  2. Same, I was stoked.
  3. Jeff, it is my understanding that the coupon codes work with current offers. As Ross suggested, HP's Live Chat is a great resource to use.
  4. Cheapest that I can see is $67 from buy.com and then you can apply a coupon to knock $10 off.
  5. I've never heard about that lawsuit. Sounds like a design flaw that they didn't want to own up to. That is sad, usually Toshibas are excellent choices in the laptop game. I am happy with my HP as well, in fact, I will be upgrading it with another HP.
  6. I should be able to hook you up with a bag if you really want it. :)

  8. Did a search here and in the Freebies forum with no hits. I think it belongs here, but Mods feel free to move as you seem fit, of course. 9. I love CL to a certain extent. Sometimes I am disappointed with the other people that live in the same city. Found some decent deals, but mostly people are trying to make money like myself. Hit or miss it seems, but a great site.
  10. Some people are scared of Dells and HPs.. Really hard to go wrong with a Toshiba IMO...at least as far as durability.
  11. Yea, for online...Pricegrabber.com or Froogle.com is a great resource. As Brad already mentioned, becareful of some of the e-retailers though.
  12. Someone that isn't on a corporate level would not have access to these.
  13. Samsung 19" WS $200 + tax OTD @BB this week.
  14. I would wait for labor day coming up here. That will probably be the next big sale at your local B&M. Currently, there are not any deals on a core duo Toshiba at a B&M store that I am aware of.
  15. I don't know how any of them can come up with a prechentage of how many BB managers will take it. 50% pretty much means they have no clue which is just about as much as anyone else would know. Using the coupon on the Toshiba won't be easy though and if you do get it, you might be in the lucky minority.
  16. Potential extremely HOT deal starting this Sunday: Toshiba A105-S4211 Processor Type : Core™ Duo Processor Number : T2050 Processor Speed : 1.60GHz Operating System : Genuine Windows® XP Home Edition Memory Size : 512MB (4GB max) Display Size : 15.4" Display Type : Widescreen XGA with TruBrite™ Technology Display Resolution : 1280x800 Graphics Chipset : Graphics Media Accelerator 950 Graphics Memory : 8MB-128MB dynamically allocated shared graphics memory Hard Drive Size : 80GB $599 - $100 (maybe YMMV)
  17. Well no need to wait for BF. This Sunday @ CC
  18. I would be willing to bet we will see something like that this BF, though it will probably come with 256mb of DDR only. An easy upgrade gets you very decent, very cheap laptop.
  19. I've heard the 730b can be had at staples for $99. YMMV and it is only 17"
  20. Backordered now, I would check your local store.
  21. This can't be beat @ just $100. Combine this with the 1GB XD card on sale at outpost.com and you have yourself a sweet setup.
  22. Officially they do not, but YMMV on ending up with a CSA that doesn't know. No manager would do that PM for you though.
  23. I think it is probably dead, but I will check it out tomorrow.
