FYI, almost all Circuit City store management teams in large markets are run by ex Best Buy management teams. So if you live in a large market, most likely you just have two slightly different Best Buys to choose from.

Ive tried both. XM for ~7 months and Sirius for around ~13 months now. Sirius is in my opinion the better option. Either company is better then regular FM radio, but I like Sirius music stations much more then I did for XM. With XMs, I found myself always switching channels like you do with FM. With FM, its becuase of the commercials, XM its becuase of too vague of categories. Sirius has Stern, which I personally never listen too, they also have every NFL game and its broadcast for both teams, IE 2 channels for every game. Sirius also has NBA and NHL I believe. Not a hockey fan myself. XM does have MLB, which is not a advantage to me personally. Throw out all the extra stuff (stern, sports,etc) Sirius just has better music channels in my opinion.

It depends on the store, but typically ads arn't out in Oct. and usually arn't seen until mid-November. One thing you can count on, is a deal on laptops. Details are uncertain as of right now though.

This is going to depend on the location of course. Its $100 at a Marriot, whether that be for staying the night or eating out, etc. Im sure some Marriots, you'd be able to stay for $100 a night.

Nano now down to $119, $149, $199 respectively. I have never seen the Apple store do a BF special in the past. That being said, I've never looked for one either.

Well, unless its a manufactures mail in rebate, as far as I know Best Buy won't have any rebates. CompUSA's are notorious for never coming. Everyone else seems to be dead even IMO.
