It sure is hard to cook for one, Thanksgiving or not. I’ve never tried to cook Thanksgiving for one because luckily I live close enough to family to make just a day trip due to my work schedule. I think i would probably just cook myself a burger.

I got the mattress pad and 2 of the pillows for pickup on Friday. We shall see if the order stays or gets cancelled. No biggie if it does.

I absolutely LOVE my Target store’s drive up service. They are always on the ball and I never have to wait more than a few minutes.

I’m hoping for a Wondershop deal still too. I always bought several things, whether I needed them or not.

I ordered the $10 Hamilton Beach toaster. Will go pick it up later. That’s it. Big time spending right there. Lol

I received my SS gift today! What a surprise after a rough week at work. I had a feeling the box was from my SS so I peeked enough to confirm! I know the “theme” but not what’s in it and I will wait until my birthday (12/15) to open it fully! Thank you, thank you thank you SS!

Got my Apple Watch and picked it up tonight after work so I’m good. A little disappointed they didn’t have a deal on the Series 6 but I was looking at getting the SE anyway so I’m happy. Didn’t look at anything else because lord have mercy what they did is not an ad, at least my definition of one.

Went to Walmart after work, so 6 PM, on a whim to see what was left….found my movie and got a book. Still had some items from Event #1 in aisles. The $45 sheet sets were real picked over. Lol

Hmmm…….same stuff as usual. Might try to get a mattress pad because I’m in need of a new one, but otherwise nothing.

Tried to get a few things and while I was shopping around for something to add to hit the free shipping the movie I wanted became unavailable. LOL. Such is my luck. Oh well, maybe I’ll try to hit the store Friday morning before work.

Same. Best Buy needs to come on with their BF ad so I know what I’m dealing with!

I love that scent so much! I would for sure watch Philosophy’s site, Ulta and Sephora. And if you have a Penney’s or Kohl’s nearby they both now have Sephora stores inside. Not sure what Kohl’s looks like but I know the 2 JCP stores I’m near have an actual little store inside.

I love those shimmering spheres. They are already on sale online. Not sure they would work for me due to location of my outdoor outlet though.

Put one tree up last night. Got it all fluffed so it’s ready to decorate and I’ll work on that today. This new job is zapping my energy so far so I don’t know what else I will do beyond the one tree.

I listened to Christmas music yesterday while driving 2 hours back home from my parents house.

Thankful that I, at least physically, survived working in healthcare during the worst of the pandemic. Thankful for my family and that my elderly parents are quite healthy 77 and 79 year olds. I have no children of my own so I’m Thankful that I have been able to help others, whether it be angel trees or senior trees. It makes me so happy that I am financially able to give someone a nice Christmas that otherwise might not have one.

Ok, it happened…..exactly what I said I was as NOT going to do……bought not one, but 2 throws…….help me.

ROFLMBO! I feel you as I have have 2 brand new ones still rolled up left over from last year I bought for Senior Tree gifts. I never found a place to pick up tags though. Time will tell if I can stick to my “promise” and not buy one this year.
