I am assuming it was for both--but the arm bands for the 8 pm won't be available until after the 6pm sale (so approximately at 630? when the crowd clears a little) but this is just an assumption, I only specifically asked her for the 6pm sale.

Cookeville TN-24 hr SuperCenter Wal-Mart Down low from a CSR today Arm Bands will be handed out beginning at 4pm & you have one hour from the time of the sale to come back and get the item. (6pm sale items, you must pick up by 7pm) Not all the guaranteed in stock items will have/need an armband. My CSR said she was going to be on a arm band hand out queue-she said she thought it was a cell phone. She said that they have TONS of the toys in stock this year and the stock room is full of the sale merchandise. She said she saw most people getting their items, if they show up at 4-5pm. She said that they had a meeting just this morning and they have gotten some rumors that some "kids" are going to try to start fights so they can post them on YouTube. That is the only problem I see on the earlier start times, we never used to see teenagers/early twenty-somethings and now they are everywhere! and not shopping but just getting in the way and filming everything on their phones!!!!

I got the trampoline 2 yrs ago and it was a booger to check out with, but I did it. I also didn't notify my homeowners, cause I had no idea it would make a difference. I did shop around on some homeowners insurance and they asked specifically about dogs/pools/trampolines. I said yes about the tramp and they said that it would be an extra $250 per year, I said no thanks and kept my State Farm. (the other company that said $250 more was Country Financial)

There is always some "crop dusting" going on in WalMart over by the DVD's cause no one can ever tell who has done it!!! LOL this is the best thread ever!!!

WAGS isn't so great. I have matched up my coupons and it was "eh" nothing like the razors I got a couple of years ago. I am happily anticipating CVS to match up coupons.

I haven't started mine yet, but plan on getting started soon with the pharmacy ads. I am really going crazy, wanting to see that Wally World ad....ugh.

I read on another site that you must be a Plus member ($100 membership) to get the "invite" but they will give you an invite if you go in during regular hours, they have the printed invites at the service counter, but you MUST be a PLus member to get one. I am thinking about upgrading to the PLUS to get the TV and phone. It would be worth it.

Both my kids are still at home (dd is fixing to go to college) but we always do a good picture at Thanksgiving for our cards, so I guess that will continue to be the tradition. I wouldn't include significant others until they are married, if they live with them, then maybe they will do their own "family" cards.

We always put my sister in law in line with the buggy. we are mostly WalMart shoppers.

I can't wait on Kmart and Wal-Mart! I always find CVS,WAGS,& Rite Aid have good deals w/my coupons. I also saw 2-3 things at the Sams VIP event.

Kmart usually has something I want on Thanksgiving AM sale.

Do you just have to be a Sam's club member to get the deals? Not the premium membership?

My son is 13 and has asked for: iPad mini Laptop Ray Lewis NFL Jersey (sewn on letters) New BBALL shoes New "dressy/casual" shoes New North Face coat He has grown like 6 inches this year so he will get lots of clothes!!!

Thanksgiving Morning we are usually at Kmart to pick up at least 1 or 2 gotta have items. and the cVS,walgreens, rite aid. Then home to cook, over to Nanny's for 12 noon lunch, after eating and cleaning, all family members (16) will mull over the ads and make lists of gotta haves, maybes, and get if I can, but no biggie if I don't get it lists. then we plan who is gonna stand where, we always hit WALMART first about 630pm and then got to where ever we have decided, but wm usually has us for the night becuase of the staggered times. we always hit SAMS, Old Navy, JCP, Kmart. then back home to sleep then back to nannys for leftovers!

We have 5 December Birthdays in my family, so we are hectic during the 12th month. But it has always been a tradition to put it up the weekend of the SEC Championship game, which is the 1st weekend in December. We do a real tree, so don't want to do it too early.

I was able to cash in on the secret sales too, but it was kind of a pain, because our Wal-Mart also was uninformed. I am not sure why the upper mngt doesn't get the word out? Maybe they think too many people will know??? creating some sort of pandamonium?
