  1. White dot dollar spot 50%. Lots in baby 15-25%. The plastic summer-y cups/plates/platters/pitchers (mostly pinks and purples) 75%. Dad stuff left over from father's day 75% Toddler bedsets 50% They have the Schleich plastic animal figures at 25%-- if anyone sees them drop lower I'd greatly appreciate a heads up! There were a few toys marked to 50%, most still 15-25, still a selection I am less than enthusiastic about. Looks like the summer outdoor clearance stuff was salvaged here. The back to school section is almost entirely stocked already.
  2. I forgot, there were also diaper bags at 50%.
  3. They were still resetting the aisle while I was there but looked like lots of the "prepackaged" baby clothing items were marked down... definately Circo brand (saw many 50% stickers on those) and I think Gerber too, but the stuff was still all piled in carts. Toy markdown is very sad so far, hardly anything, and nothing I would consider "good." Not too hopeful for the next couple weeks on the toy front.
  4. Saw almost the whole aisle of strollers, pack n plays, and high chairs on clearance. Mostly only at 15%, but if that is something you are in the market for, might want to start stalking.
  5. Saw some pillows at 25% and birdseed at 75%. Was lots of other pet stuff too ranging from 15-75%, but I didn't really look closely.
  6. Saw a whole rack of womens wallets on clearance. Sadly nothing else to report.
  7. ###Got Schleich Scenery Pack of 3 horses 75% off for $4.88--087 06 1771. DD was eying it last week, glad it was still there and dropped straight from 30 to 75. Sadly nothing else to report; what little clearance I found was mostly at 15%. Seemed to be an unusually high amount of stuff on price cut-- wonder if that stuff will eventually make it to clearance.
  8. Also, last year when they had the extra 50% off clearance toys, at my store things marked "price drop" were also ringing up the extra 50%, but they aren't this year. Still might be worth a scan to see if it works at your store.
  9. Thanks for posting. My store was fairly picked over but I got some Mr. Potato head accessories packages that I had wanted this past Christmas. So now they are stashed away for this coming Christmas :)

  11. I had an old, old frontloader and always used regular detergent with no problems. Within the past year I got a new frontloader, and the regular detergent just doesn't work right, even if I use a little (also had a couple of super suds incidents.) There is definately a difference when using HE, at least for my machine. Consumer reports did a report on detergents fairly recently... if you don't subscribe most libraries have it. I think Costco's Kirkland brand was rated "best value" but I can't remember for sure b/c we don't have Costco where I live. Also I think they generally rated the liquid better than powders, but again it has been awhile since I read it. I personally use Tide HE and wait for gift card deals at Target when I can stack Target and mfr coupons and get good deals. As for the mildew smell, you need to leave the door open and let it dry out completely before closing. I just leave mine open all the time.
  12. Saw men's underwear, though mostly "bikini" styles 75%
  13. Saw rechargeable batteries and the small rechargers for 30% off.
  14. Some of the kids arts & craft kits down by 50%. Lots of various in the "hardware?" department marked down: light bulbs, car stuff, wall hangers, etc. Saw fireplace screens 75%.
  15. I bought many things not pictured, and it worked just fine. You can also get multiple GC in one transaction (i.e. I bought 14 items got 2 GC.) Also there was some clearance frozen and it even worked with that. Stack some target coupons with some manufacturer coupons and found some great deals! Sorry for everyone who got the reuseable bag deal instead!
  16. I was just getting on to post this. There is one caveat that you have to buy at least $5 of product so be careful of that. But-- wow--- will be doing some serious freezer stocking here this week!
  17. What Barbie stuff is everyone mentioning? I never saw any even before the clearance started... wondering if it is hiding in the regular toy aisle?
  18. There was lots and lots of clearance all over the stationary department ranging from 15 to 75%. There were note cards, party accessories (plates/cups/napkins/wrapping paper/gift bags/etc), party favors, notebooks of all sorts, calendars/day planners, kids art kits, pens, post its, tape, scissors, file folders, pens, sharpies and more. It was all in the aisles at my store-- there was so much I doubt it would fit on endcaps. Saw a variety of Mario stuff in toys for 75%. Lots of hair accessories (headbands, hair ties, etc) and some hair electrics? (not sure what to call them-- hairdryers and the like) ranging from 15% to 50%. Lots of clothes in boys and girls at 50%. Disappointed-- either I missed the socks/underwear dropping lower than 30% or they all got salvaged.
  19. Only thing I saw today not posted yet was a bunch of children's accessories (underwear, undershirts, socks, belts) marked down 30%. What little of the bulk that was left had been moved to endcaps all around the store.
  20. Just be careful and read the descriptions and maybe some reviews of the $5 books-- some are shortened versions of the originals. This is a great deal-- I got several books the last time this happened.
  21. Went to 2 stores here... both went 75%. Didn't see any legos at 75% for whoever asked. Alot of stuff went right from 30 to 75. I'd say there was somewhere between a third and half of the amount they had last year. Still managed to find a few good things. Will list them in a bit if I can.
  22. Hmmmm, now I wonder if it will work with the leapfrog tag coupon too.. there were lots of leapfrog tag books in clearance too.
  23. Wow-- did the coupon just go through with no problems or did beep and they pushed it through? The leapster coupon says $5 off any leapster game over $19.
  24. Finally was able to go today and the outlet did have an additional 50% off clearance. But the prices and the selection weren't very good in my opinion. I can usually do much better there... probably just need to wait it out another couple weeks for the super deals.
  25. It was additional 40% off clearance at the Old Navy outlet today.
