Final update....I did get my refund from represent. While I will never order from them again, I'm glad that they at least made good and refunded me in full. On a side note...Brad....I was at a holiday party last weekend and we all wore same shirts. 100 hundred shirts were ordered and 100 koozies. The person that did the ordering said they used CustomInk.com I believe we paid 13.00 for the shirts and 3.00 for the koozies. Perfect order...no errors. Merry Christmas everyone!

After posting on their facebook page I received a reply (via facebook) that said I would receive an email and they would take care of it. Never got the email (I checked spam to be sure). I went back to facebook page and my post (along with others) was removed. You can no longer just post on their wall. I was able to post a comment on one of their own postings so I posted about it again. I finally got an email response and they say they are refunding my money and that I should receive it in 2 to 3 days. I'll update here once I receive the refund!

Our store (Maricopa, Arizona) really had their "stuff" together for the most part! They had over 200 tvs. Got in line about 4:30 just to be safe (we were about 125 people back). At 5:00 an employee started handing out the tickets for the physical tv's. We had our tickets by 5:10pm. They told us we had to wait until 6:00 to check out but we could wander the store. Found most of the other stuff I wanted and we headed to registers. Almost no one in line at registers. At 6:00 we paid and we were told to drive to lawn/garden area. Pulled up there....there was a bit of a line and we saw people walking up to pick theirs up. I got out and my friend took over the driving. I walked up, showed my receipt and by that time my friend pulled up. Guy loaded tv into back of my pick up and we were out of there. We were home at 6:18pm. Totally impressed!

Received my shirts on Friday....horrible. The shirts themselves are great but not only were they late...they got both shirt sizes wrong. I ordered a pink tshirt in 3xl and a grey hoodie in xl. The pink shirt was only a 2xl and they sent a 3xl in the grey hoodie. What am I supposed to do with these? I sent an email to the company when I hadn't received the order on time and they have yet to respond. I'll send another email letting them know that I finally received them but both items were wrong. Horrible company. Lesson learned on represent.com!!! Hope everyone got theirs and got correct sizes!

If I orer items online at kohls that have rebates...how do I get the rebate forms and do they accept that type of receipt (printed from email)?

I am looking at the 30.00 air hockey table for step son in another state. Is this something that amazon will likely have, too? If so, I can have it shipped to his grandma (we will be there but can't "haul" it!!!). I know with Amazon it will get there in time (December 4th/5th)....walmart shipping always scares me (haven't had good luck with timeframes).

I, for one, am grateful and excited for the ad...don't much care that it has watermarks. I appreciate all the hard work that goes into getting them. It makes it feel like things are finally under way!!! As someone else said to the person complaining....if you can do better...please show us! I vote for hoodies. One other idea....many of us have shirts from previous years and we all know that you should dress comfy when BF shopping..... How about sweatpants? The kind with the elastic ankles (don't want those open leg ones getting caught in someone's wheels with a cart that they are pushing in to you!) Navy blue with the gottadeal.com why pa retail? Logo running down the pant leg. I crudely played around with it on custom ink....have no idea how many orders you usually get....price depends on quantity. I looked at price for 100 and it was about 16.00 each. Remember...this was just a quickie design...lol...but you get the idea. Michelle

Got my rebates...I think i had 7 different rebates that I sent in. On one of them they said the same thing to me that there was something wrong with UPC code, etc. I contacted them via their on line chat and they told me to refax the info (I had made copies of everything...rebate forms, receipts, upc codes). I refaxed it and very shortly thereafter the website updated that my rebate had gone through. All of the rebates came withing a week of each other. Totally happy! After the rebates, all of the small appliances I bought cost me a whopping 1.87 each!!!

I like the Green Mountain Hot Chocolate but it's hit or miss on whether all the powder in the cup gets used. I sometimes have to tear open the cup and scoop out what didn't come out. Also, I find that I have to make the hot chocolate on the smallest cup setting or it is too watery. I only buy the hot chocolate if it's a really good deal. Michelle

Hi All, We got a Keurig a few months ago....WOW! We love this thing! I did the deal on the keurig website for the buy 2 get 2....very good deal. Also, Amazon usually has pretty good deals on K-Cups. There are 2 other sites I go to...both are the same compnay but one just shows their special of the week. Main site is www.shoffee.com and the one with their special is www.cupoftheweek.net Hope this helps someone! Oh, if you are on the fence about getting a Keurig....do it!!! Hi All, Got my package today and got the dreaded brown tote. I'll be calling them tomorrow. I know I can send it back but the return slip included with the package says it will deduct 6.xx off the refund and, of course, the terms on their site say they don't refund shipping....so basically, if all that's true, we'd end up getting nothing back. That doesn't fly with me! I'll report tomorrow after I talk to them on the phone. Not a happy camper! Michelle

Hi All, I've had MagicJack for over a year now....love it!!! It will not allow you to keep your landline phone number but we had just moved into a new house so this was perfect for us. I use it daily and have never had any problems. I have a verizon cell phone and I use the magicjack to call any numbers that aren't verizon. Sure cuts down on the minutes on cell phone! Works well and does not slow down my computer. I had it installed on all 3 of computers so that I can plug the device into any of them and use it. Decided to remove it from the oldest laptop as I barely use that computer anymore. As others have said, it's a bit of a pain to remove it but I went on the Live Chat on their website and the person I talked to was able to walk me through it. Not a big deal. Good deal if you don't mind a new phone number! Michelle

I've been thinking about getting this exact unit. I'm very new to the whole GPS thing and I know very little about them. A few questions: 1. I'm moving to a brand new area and when I go on mapquest some of the streets in this area don't even exist yet. Will I have this problem with a gps vehicle navigation system? 2. There are always new streets and places being built....how does the system get updated? Do I have to keep purchasing new units or upgrades? Or does it just automatically update? 3. Do I have to purchase any kind of monthly service for anything? Thanks! Michelle
