No great stories here, last year was my first Black Friday event. Happy to say I got all of my want list that day and made it home before 10am.

We got this for $25 after Christmas at Walmart and have already sold ours at a yard sale this past weekend. My DS is 2 and just never got into it, maybe played with it on and off but wasn't something he played with much. We also have the Step 2 Grand Walk-in kitchen and he plays with that all the time so maybe the Elmo diner was a bit dull, I don't know. Even when we have playgroup here with 6 kids one of them might play with it for a bit but that was about it.

I don't have kids this age but my sister does and they gave their DD a camera at 9 and even at that age she takes pictures of everything. We went to the zoo with them and it took forever to see everything because she had to take 10 pictures of every animal. She loves it and that's what's important. Anyway the point of this post is to say I got a cheap digital picture frame that she can just put her SD card into and then she has instant access to all fo the pictures and change them when she wants. This works perfect for them and she loves it. So as you are looking at these cameras take a look at the frames too.

Thanks everyone, I am going to take them back today and see what happens. At this store they have this one women that works customer service all the time and she is horrible just to return anyting to. Everytime she is just nasty about having to do her job, I hate to think what she will be like when I try to return these. Oh well, I will just give a try and see what happens.

Question for you guys, I bought 4 Tag Readers when they were on clearance for gifts. This weekend gave one to a friends daughter and my friend called today to tell me that the pen was missing out of the box. Went and looked at the other 3 and 2 more of the boxes were missing the pens. They looked sealed, but on closer inspection they had been retaped. How do I prove I didn't remove the pens? Is there anyway I will be able to take them back, I know they were only $2.50 each but still sucks.

No cookware to be found for me, not a hugh deal I already have the same set but thought it would have been a great gift for my mom. someone from a blog that I follow got 25 pairs, pretty sure she was only keeping 2 for herself the rest she was listing on ebay over the next few months. Should be some decent deals on ebay for the people that missed the sale since there will so many listed.

I got my yesteday too, loved the fast shipping. I ordered at 2:10am EST on the 8th, got all 7 pairs I wanted. swaggrabber was on the ball and had listed the deal a day before and then hosted a ugg party in her chat room while we waited for the site to update at midnight (well 2am EST for me). Was great!! Now I am just hoping for a very cold winter here in FL to justify the 3 pairs of boots I bought for myself!

Tags were 75% off today, picked up 4 at $2.48 each for gifts. :) Still as 30% off on Pools stuff and grill itmes so I guess they are taking their time on those here in Fl.

No, she would be better off with the Vampire Academy series or the House of Night series. Both of the series are included in the 4 for 3 promotion and are considered Young Adult reading as is the Twilight series. Hope that helps.

I read your post on Wed. and flew out of the house! I ended up with 4 purses, 2 Francesco Biasia, 1 DKNY, and a Michaels Kors. After markdowns total was $281, retail would have been $1280! I had been saving a GC from my in-laws thinking it had $50 on it but ended up being $100 so I walked away at $181. Thanks, Thanks, Thanks!!

The 75% off diecast transformers that I bought transform, my DS has been playing with the 2 I got all day. I think my DH is even more excited about them then my son. I got one that transforms into a jet and another that transforms into a blue fire truck. I thnk they were $5 each after 75% off. Still had about 15 Tags at 50% off, waiting for them to go to 75% off since I really don't need one but for $2.50 would buy.

I went this morning to the Target that went to 75% on the 3rd day for Christmas and Valentines but it wasn't marked down yet so I guess it will be tomorrow for both of my stores which I hate. (that is of course if they do what they traditionally have done but who knows) I loved being able to pick some stuff one day and the rest the next since they both have different things that I want. Also a funny thing I noticed today, I thought they had already sold out of the Thomas Easter Train, Geo Tracks, and few of the other big Easter toys but found them in the Toy Section Clearanced to 50% instead of with the rest of the Easter stuff. Don't know if this means they are going to try to clearance slower then the rest of Easter or not. I really want a Thomas and they had about 10 of them so I decided to hold off until tomorrow and see what happens. I did also find that they have all of the girls hair accessories that are so Easter (bunnies, chicks, pastels) are only marked down to 15% off but at the other store I go to they are mixed in with the Easter Clearance.

Hit two Targets yesterday and got a few thing like the bliss chocolate that was free with overage and the basket I wanted for next year for DS that was the only one left. Most of the stuff I want I thought I would wait until 75% off since they aren't "need to have" things. Both stores were fairly well stocked, stopped today to pick something up expecting things to be decimated but wasn't much of a difference except the candy from when I was there at 8am yesterday. The one store typically goes 75% on day 3 so I will head over tomorrow to see if I can pick up the rest on my want list. Someone was asking if anyone thought things were boxed up and shipped back to the manufacture, do they actually do that?? I have never heard of a supplier taking back stuff that didn't sell, especially items that are holiday. I'm not in this business but it doesn't seem like a good deal for a manufacturer

They were on a bottom shelf in boxes next to the put together ones on the bike rack.

I used 10 at once and had no problem, the cashier acted a bit put out but did it without question. Now each time I go in I get 5 or so to stock up for when my family comes for spring break next week since my husband keeps grabbing a bag to take to work.

Found a Diaper Champ for $8.74 (org. $35) yesterday that must have been a return from the baby sale so I was happy happy. Ended up being less since I bought 2 Pledge's with the $3 & $1 coupons and had a $1 overage, bought 2 Dove Go Fresh Travel Size Deodorant with the $1.25 coupons so I had .51 overage on them and even found 8 Bath Buddies so after my coupons for those I had another .24 overage meaning before tax the Diaper Champ was $6.98 and everthing else was free!! Also found a Boon Flo that was marked down to 30% off that I had been thinking about getting anyway, I might if it's still there at 50%. I really need something to cover the bath spout so this might be a cheap and cool option. Anyone have one of these?

The Walmart closest to me that always keeps things on clearance forever finally went 1/2 off of clearance prices today. I got few things I am really happy about! Weird I printed them out this weekend and they were the exact same as the ones as before, 1 for $3 on the diapers and and 1 for $5 for any Gentle Care product. I don't know if it change or what as I can't see the coupon anymore on site. Sorry if this confuses anyone.

Someone might of already mentioned this but I saw on the Bargain Jargon blog that the Huggies coupons on coupons.com have reset and you can reprint them. I checked it out and it worked for me, was able to print 2 more from each computer. I don't know if will continue to reset or not but the post was from March 6th.

I printed from Leapfrog and Coupons.com. I don't know what they are talking about with the company not refunding them, isn't that the point of a coupon?

I've found odds and ends this week, lots of Cover Girl make up at 75% off so I stocked up on Mascara and eye shadow but mostly thing that others have already mentioned on here. The funniest thing I got at 50% off was First Response Pregnancy tests, since we just decided that we are going to start trying for number 2 I figured this was a sign so I bought a couple boxes. Side note, I finally got my Spike the Dinosaur at $32 from Walmart today. I almost cried!! I was so bummed that I couldn't find one at any of my Targets during their sale I had given up hope and then out of nowhere today at a Walmart I never go to because it's way out of my regular shopping area they were having a real clearance. I also scored the Geo Trac Airport for $10 and a bunch of Didj games and Tag Books that were marked $5 and $3 so they ended up being free after coupons. Now to open a real can of worms, I grabbed 2 Spikes and I only need one so I do have one to offer someone at $34 ($1.98 tax) plus shipping or if you are in the Sarasota/Bradenton FL area you are welcome to pick it up.
