I didn't order this on BF but I am still waiting on an order from Amazon. It was supposed to be here last WEDS with 2 day Prime shipping. I have an email in to them but seriously,6 days (at least) for a Prime order??? ETA: I heard from Amazon and they acknowledge that my item was lost. They are sending a replacement immediately. I think what I take away from this is that if your package doesn't arrive within the time frame,don't waste time: contact the company. I truly hope all of you waiting on important packages to arrive get them in time!

I THOUGHT I would be further ahead this weekend,but even with staying in all day yesterday because of the snow,I basically got nothing done and still NOTHING WRAPPED!!!!!! I'm not panicked yet....but if I don't get all my deliveries (I'm still waiting on things ordered with Prime that was supposed to be here last Weds and are not!!!) this week,I'm going to be screwed . Santa might be issuing some IOUs. I will need to get rid of the kids next weekend and wrap,wrap,wrap. I don't like running this far behind but with waiting on packages,working,music programs,basketball games,and Christmas parties it is just that way this year. Not going to let it ruin my spirit though!

That's crazy! Although,I have Amazon Prime (you know;2 day shipping) and something that was supposed to have arrived last Friday FINALLY arrived today (Tuesday) and I find that totally unacceptable. I guess turtles are delivering packages this year. I love the convenience of online shopping,but actually going to a store and having that purchase in hand is a very good thing too. Hoping your packages arrive in time and you have a very Merry Christmas!

Stevierocks, I envy your 60% wrapping completion! That is one of my most dreaded tasks. I usually have a 2 ft. tree in my bedroom but have "mysteriously" lost a lot of my Christmas things this year and my little tree was one of the sad casualties.I always liked putting my little ornaments (like ones with my name on them) on that tree. Since Thanksgiving was late,I feel the pressure even more! I know it'll all get done but just wish I had more time to enjoy everything.

So, who is done shopping and has everything wrapped (I haven't wrapped a single thing!); baking done and is just counting the minutes until the Big Day? I am not very close as I still have lots of b&m shopping to do along with waiting for packages to arrive. I am cutting out baking this year: with kids' sporting events,music programs,Christmas parties and other things, I just won't have the time. I hope to be able to report in a week's time that I am 80-85% done but I'm still putting up decorations lol! Am I the only one woefully behind this year???

The Lego sets? I got one tonight on Walmart.com for $34.97. I've been trying for 2 years so I am pretty happy I scored one. They only had the basic and Nether sets although 3 were shown. Sorry but I see they are now out of stock online. Those things go FAST.

Stopped in a WM today and there were still many of those cardboard display boxes of pajamas,fleece pants,etc. I scanned one and it did ring up at the BF price. I wonder how long they will keep these in store at those prices?

I made out my list tonight of what I have for whom and.... I see lots more shopping in my future! I don't mind; like the OP, I just can't pass up a good deal so going into a week before Christmas and being 90-95% done is IDEAL! I like to go into Christmas Eve with 99% of my shopping done with only scratch off lottery tickets and last minute deals on my shopping list. Our family tradition is to go to the mall on Christmas Eve and the last minute deals there are always outstanding!

The early starting times didn't bother me in the least. I did early online shopping starting Tues. with Kohl's and other stores as what I needed became available online. I still went out Friday morning but didn't feel as stressed because I had a head start from online stores. Our weather was perfect Friday and I saw far more people out as we were going home (3 p.m.) than I did when we started at 6 a.m.! I had fun "playing" Amazon's Lightning Deals this year which I have never done before; mostly because we signed up for Prime in July. I would say I did about 70% of my shopping online this year (that's including ordering online and picking up in store) and I participated in Shop Local yesterday. My worst complaint is that Thanksgiving was so late this year lol!

Came home from BF shopping and had 2 huge boxes from Kohl's! I never even received a shipping notice.

Got 3 poinsettias and 2 of the $3.49 (50% off) 12 gallon storage bins for store pick up.

I haven't got an email yet either and I ordered early Tuesday a.m. (like 1 EST). I got the Kohl's Cash immediately though. I'm not worried but I know in the past I got a pretty quick notice that at least part of my order was on its way.

I got my $10 off last week also.

I can't find the rebate for the Black and Decker coffee maker on the website. All I see is the one for the iron. They have many more small appliances with a rebate but only the iron is listed right now. I guess I'll have to check back after work. (At first I thought I was going crazy because I *thought* it had a rebate but then it's not listed. I had to go back thru the ads to find out that I am right!)
